Immaculate property and very spacious. Brilliant that the garden is fenced- my dog enjoyed his freedom to sniff his way around the grass.

Absolutely love this place.
Absolutely love this place. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in their property and it shows! Very comfortable ground floor accomodation with a small enclosed garden. It's ideally situated close to Druridge Bay Country Park a great place for your four legged friends as well as good access to the rest of the beautiful Northumberland coastline. An added bonus is the amazing sandwich and cake shop just across the road. We will be back!!!

can not fault willow cottage.
can not fault willow cottage. everything you will need for a great stay. greeted at the door by michael and shown around, milk tea and coffee provided on arrival, Alfie (our dog) loved the secure garden, unless you have a dog that can jump higher than 8 foot.Location is ideal, either for the coast or inland walks.I was nine days in to my recovery from total hip replacement and had no problem getting around the cottage.Totally recommend this cottage, will stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very spacious place for a week with our 3 dogs.
Very spacious place for a week with our 3 dogs.
The kitchen area could do with a little updating: The toaster, only 2 of the 4 grills work. The inbuilt Microwave display panel is faulty (LED part does not show numbers correctly).
The dinning table had for the whole week a tacky surface, akin to wood that had been varnished and had yet to dry. We tried cleaning it to no avail.
The lock for the door in the back garden should be on the inside not outside of the garden.
Wi-fi is good. and is a very quiet location.
Pub is not 1 mile away but 2, and village has no real alternatives.
but a very nice place to visit, as the park is only 2 mins drive away, but the coast is a mile from the cottage.
