A lovely detached stone barn, once a farm building now converted into a lovely holiday home. The tree growing outside the cottage is a large pear tree, loaded with fruit and this gives the cottage its name. On-site there are horses and a suckling farm.
The cosy living room features comfortable seating facing a Freeview TV, where an array of channels provides endless entertainment options for relaxing evenings. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen boasts convenient appliances, and cabinetry stocked with all the culinary essentials, making it a chef’s dream for preparing gourmet meals. On the first floor, a serene double bedroom with an elegant en-suite shower cubicle is complemented by a cosy twin bedroom, while a spacious family bathroom, complete with a bath and convenient shower attachment, offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality for all.
