Located in a quiet area of the village of Lochearnhead, set in the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, this detached holiday bungalow enjoys views across the waters of Loch Earn. This is the perfect base to enjoy the wide range of activities: mountain biking, water sports, kayaking, sailing, fishing and water skiing, golfing and also hillwalking and climbing with over 30 Munros within a 30-minute drive. Visit Oban and Fort William, Perthshire, Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Pub and restaurant ½ mile. The water sports center is located at the bottom of the road less than a four minute walk and next to the pub.

A beautiful cottage set in the most amazing scenery. The sitting room leads out to a balcony which looks directly over the loch. If you are looking for a peaceful break in a beautiful cottage with many places within just a short drive then this is the place for you.

Stunning setting for our holiday. The cottage is set overlooking Loch Earn and is a short walk from the local pub. Communication and access to the property were excellent and the cottage had all the amenities we needed but with plenty of extras. Comfortable beds , relaxing sofas and beautiful surroundings all made for a perfect week away.

What a great location, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with magnificent views of the loch and nearby mountains. The garden was private and attracted lots of birds and a couple of neighbourhood rabbits. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge very spacious with a great aspect. The whole property had a lovely warm, homely & comfortable feel about it. We had come for a pre-Christmas break which included some hiking so were ideally based, either walking straight from the door or travelling a little further afield. Weather was mild for the time of year with some spells of rain; being able to hang our gear in the garage was a bonus.Excellent communication with the owners, providing useful information and an additional unexpected surprise ! Thanks so much Andrew and Suzanne, we’ll definitely stay again next time we are in the area. We can’t recommend your property enough, it definitely exceeded all our expectations; it was perfect.

Geweldig!

Een gezellige (misschien iets te overdadig) en compleet vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht over Loch Earn. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ook nog eens fantastisch weer. Ik beveel dit huis van harte aan. Het enige minpunt was dat je niet via de site van Vrbo kon betalen en de communicatie met cottage.com (waar je de betaling moest doen) wat stroef verliep. Maar uiteindelijk is ook dat gelukt.

This is a beautiful cottage , so homely .

This is a beautiful cottage , so homely . Stunning views over the loch . Lovely peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The cottage has everything you could need . Will miss having my morning cuppa sitting outside taking in the scenery. Would highly recommend .

It’s a big house with lots of space.

It’s a big house with lots of space. It feels very homely and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and when we arrived the first day of our stay we found ourselves a lovely big welcoming-treat with tea, coffee, milk, cookies etc. The view on the lake is wonderful and when the weather permits it’s lovely to sit in some of the many seats available on the terraces.  The owner was very kind. Thanks for letting us stay here.

We loved this place! Three bedrooms, fully furnished, fully equipped with everything including the internet, TVs, washing machine, dryer etc. etc. The balcony overlooks Loch Earn and despite the road below, is very quiet. A great spot for evening drinks or breakfast. Ideally situated on the A85 for Stirling, Perth, Dunblane and Doune.
