Enjoy this peaceful setting, with lake views from the cabin, with the seaside resort of Skegness within easy reach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

The area around the property is gravelled, however, once at the property, there is a ramp and there are no steps into the property at all.

Small dog/s only allowed.
There is open water in the property grounds.
