This pretty three-storey, terraced, character cottage is situated in the heart of the seaside town of Cromer, just a short walk from the seafront promenade, pier and beach. It has been given a Blue Plaque by the council for being an important cottage in Cromer, where a famous fisherman and lifeboatman, Tuna Harrison lived for over 70 years.
The holiday property is comfortably furnished and equipped, boasting character floors, fireplaces and a wood burner in the living room, with its own small enclosed rear courtyard and furniture. Cromer town centre has a wealth of shops, cafés and restaurants, Amazona Zoo, RNLI lifeboat museum, 18-hole golf course and pier with theatre. Cromer carnival is held in the third week of August.
The neighbouring coastal town of Sheringham, 4 miles, offers a beach, Splash Leisure Pool, Poppyline steam railway, cliff top golf course, shops, cafés and restaurants. Blakeney Quay is 13 miles away whilst Holkham Hall and beach is 23 miles away. The property is within an easy drive of the RSPB Bird and Nature Reserves at Cley, Morston and Blakeney. Coastal lanes and country tracks provide excellent walking and cycling opportunities. Beach 10 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 yards.
