"Casa Norma" Lovely flat - Forte dei Marmi
A cosy, renovated flat on the third and last floor with lift, in a quiet condominium in Forte dei Marmi. Surrounded by greenery, the flat offers total privacy to guests, and consists of an entrance onto a bright living room with large windows, dining area and kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine; a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Assigned parking space inside the property, with automatic gate.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Final Cleaning 100€ to be paid in cash, at the same time as collecting the keys at the beginning of the tenancy.
Electricity and Gas (on consumption)
Water included in the rent.
A deposit for electricity and gas consumption of €300 is required, payable in cash, at the same time as collecting the keys at the start of the rental period.
On request the following services can be offered against payment, (not included in the rent):
