The apartment is functional and pleasant, with a kitchen and furniture renovated to make your stay more pleasant. Thanks to the large equipped garden at the back, and the shaded terrace from lunchtime, you can enjoy rest and cool even in high season. Very nice located, not quiet appartement but in need of renovation

We really liked the location of the appartement, just 1 street away from the nice beach, which was end of September nearly empty. The host was really nice and the communication good and fast. The kitchen had all we needed and the terrace was nice But the appartement could have been more cleaner and the beds were both not good at all. one bedroom with a very thin matress, very hard. The other one a little better. Towels were not good at all; very old and smelly. The furniture rather old, the sofa not easy to sit comfortable on and the garden was in a neglected condition. plastic bags standing around and here and there some "collectings". Unfortuanetaly there is a grocery-store underneath, who is starting business between 7 - 7.30am VERY loud.

Appartamento in una strada tranquilla con la possibilità di parcheggio nel giardino della struttura. Buona la pulizia e gli spazi sono stati sufficienti per 5 persone. Buono e veloce il Check inn e facile il check out. Un piccola appunto. Per entrare dentro l'abitazione occorre per forza passare per il giardino e inevitabilmente le scarpe raccolgono della terra e con umidità o pioggia del fango che poi entra il casa. Infatti abbiamo spazzato più volte e anche prima di andare via per lasciare la casa in discreto stato. Magari mettendo un piccolo camminamento lungo il giardino fino all'ingresso si eviterebbe quanto scritto.

Un endroit très charmant

La location est parfaite pour un séjour en famille, dans une rue agréable et animée dès le matin. Toutes les commodités sous la main: très bonne Pizzeria et superette au rez-de-chaussée, boulangerie et autres commerces/restaurants à 2 pas. La plage est magnifique et juste au bout de la rue. L'emplacement est idéal et les propriétaires très sympatiques: Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

Theresa’s place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable and Theresa was very responsive to our needs. Walking distance from the village, grocery, gelato, pizza, shopping. And the sea! Great village. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

Zentral und perfekt gelegen

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zentral und den Preis absolut wert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Sohn klappte prima, war herzlich und sehr angenehm. Im Haus ist eine Pizzeria und ein kleiner Laden. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Il nostro è stato solo un breve soggiorno per il ponte del 25 aprile (siamo una famiglia con 2 bambini). La casa casa ci è piaciuta molto. Le camere sono ampie e la cucina è fornita di tutto l'occorrente. L'appartamento si trova a due passi dal mare e in posizione veramente tranquilla. Comodo il verduraio sotto casa, sempre aperto, per spese dell'ultimo minuto. Lungo la sottostante via Versilia si trovano fra l'altro: una rosticceria, un minimarket, un noleggio bici, la farmacia. Piacevole oziare sul terrazzo sul retro, fra alberi da frutto, azalee, merli e rondini. Il giardino è molto ben curato. Per chi prenota in periodi freddi, da tenere presente che non c'è il riscaldamento.

Große und geräumige Wohnung mit Balkon.

Wohnung und Ausstattung gut. Nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Ansprechpartnerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Würde die Wohnung wieder buchen. (Mückenspray erforderlich)

Sehr nah am Meer gelegen. Kinderfreundlich, gute Ausstattung! Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Kinder waren begeistert. Lebensmittelladen gleich untendrunter. Im Restaurant, dass auch untendrunter ist, kann man gute Pizza essen. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Ottima scelta!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento. Posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Ideale anche per chi, come noi, si muove con bambini piccoli. Tanti servizi a disposizione: terrazza, giardino, biciclette, internet, ecc... Unica pecca: l'aria condizionata sarebbe utile nei periodi più caldi. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Se faremo un'altra vacanza in Versilia, sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.

A wonderful vacation!

A wonderful vacation! Rested with 09.06.2014 on 19.09.2014. Company of 4 adults. Very good location of the house, very green yard, which has grapes and lemons. Maria Teresa is a wonderful and welcoming hostess, spoke about how to find a supermarket and other shops. The house is clean and tidy, has everything you need. Clean linen, plenty of towels, linen changed after 7 days. No internet, but it can be well rested from all. To the sea 5 minutes.Free beach a little further, but it's not a problem! It is best to arrive by car, parking in the courtyard. In the same building there is a small shop where you have everything you need, what would a snack and pizza.Near the house is a restaurant, but it is very expensive. There is a fish restaurant Carlino on the same street towards the center, we recommend! But you need to sign up for dinner in advance! The machine is freedom of movement. We visited Rome, Florence, Lucca. Pietrasanta, a wonderful city, we recommend a walk on the ancient fortress. Top offers excellent views of the sea and the coast.And, you can drive into the mountains and visit one of the many wineries, taste and buy delicious Tuscan wines. Our holiday was a success! Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione, pulito con proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima posizione vicino al mare facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.
