We had a good week despite the weather being mixed. The barn was very comfortable, quiet and clean and tidy. We would visit again

Lovely property and a really good quiet location for walks to the beach and general relaxation.
Lovely property and a really good quiet location for walks to the beach and general relaxation. It is hard to find fault with The Coach House. Encountered a very minor problem with the Baxi heating system however Andrew was easily contactable and the fault was remedied over a short phone call. Have no hesitation in recommending and it is highly likely that we will return in the future. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This was the second time staying here as we love it and is just perfect for our family.
This was the second time staying here as we love it and is just perfect for our family. My only gripe is the drying facility for clothes, a tumble dryer would be great especially in the winter months. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The Coach House was simply stunning.
The Coach House was simply stunning. It looks nothing from the roadside however inside the gate it is a real gem & everything was nice and clean and the owner was simply a gentleman! The dogs were quite at home with beautiful rural walks for us to take and we were truly upset at having to leave. If it's peace and quiet you are looking for then The Coach House delivers! 2 small minors - the directions to the property would be better being written down with a map provided. We had verbally taken them down but it was a real struggle to find . Secondly clearer instructions for opening the Baxi boiler would be good as we struggled to find out how to feed it. These 2 minors however really did not distract from anything - The property is the best we've stayed in whilst away! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We loved the Coach House! Spacious and beautifully restored inside.
We loved the Coach House! Spacious and beautifully restored inside. The pub is around a 15-20 minute slow walk and a further 5 to the dunes but we love walking, just my parents struggled a little bit there is a car park at the beach which costs around £7 all day. Cafe on the beach and pub nearby, perfect! The host Mr P was lovely. Please bare in mind this is a countryside barn type accommodation so expect to see cobwebs, dust and a few spiders. The only issue we had was we feel the cleaning could if had a bit more attention but I am very picky. Old hard coffee in the canisters, grease on the hob and the dinner mats were Used and a little dirty but I guess not everything can be checked? Please don’t let this put you off, I’ve fell in love with Winterton & I loved the Coach House! We saw seals everyday! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
