3 of us stayed with 3 dogs for a week. The house was immediately home for all of us. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable and the walking from the door is stunning.
We loved Winterton on Sea and our little corner of it for the week.

A lovely cottage in an ideal location
Lovely cottage. Clean, good quality appliances and really good ‘welcome information’ which I was grateful of.
Owners are very friendly and you feel supported whilst you stay.
Ideal location to the Dunes for dog owners and the local village facilities. Outside tap very handy.
However, it must be noted the staircase is extremely steep but does have a good stair-gate for the safety of young children and comes in handy to keep your dogs downstairs.

Delightful cottage
Lovely cottage in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Clean & tidy. Very comfortable and all amenities you would need for a self catering stay. Welcome goodies for both human and furbabies were a lovely gesture.

Lovely and clean with thoughtful essentials in the kitchen.
The bedrooms are very comfortable and the linen spotless we chose the back room looking out onto the sand dunes and watched the sunrise
The stairs maybe a problem for older people

Fantastic location
The cottage has plenty of space, with 2 kingsize beds and a view over the dunes from the back. We loved the location, with the ability to walk straight onto the dunes from the back door. It was nice and quiet for the time we stayed yet near to all the amenities (pub, cafe, tea-room, shop) as well as the dunes and beach. We appreciated the generous treats basket (including goodies for our dogs).
Fantastic location straight oùt onto the dunes. Great to have a table front and back. Very pleasant enclosed front garden. Well equipped kitchen. So very peaceful

Super cottage by the sea
Had a great time at , Marram View .
Tucked away in a quiet area of Winterton on sea this comfortable cottage met all our needs.
We appreciated the spacious downstairs rooms and bathroom as well as the front garden and easy access to the dunes.
I can see that this cottage would be great for dog lovers too .
Winterton has always drawn us back to its gentle seaside position. Loved walking on the beach and visiting the seals again.

Stayed here for 10 days, our 4th stay in WoS. Cottage is clean and comfortable, very dog friendly (throws, bowls, treat basket, stair gate etc) . Great location - view over the dunes and access from back garden. Nice to have parking outside cottage and a secure front garden for doggo to mooch around.
We love WoS - beach/dune walks, pub lunches or tea, locals are so friendly too. We'll be back!!

Would rebook
This was in a lovely location and had an above-average Welcome pack for both human and dog, thank you. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable with walks directly onto the sand dunes perfect for the dog. My only complaint was when we arrived the place was not heated and it took a long time to heat it up apart from that a great stay.

A lovely stay in a perfect location
Wonderful location for dogs (& their humans) right on the Winterton Dunes which stretch for miles. Very friendly town with everything you could need and they love dogs too. The cottage is a little tired - the shower could do with an upgrade or at least a new head as very little comes out, the bed & pillows are a little lumpy, & the kitchen looks about 20 years old, but if you are out & about it really does not matter too much. The cottage is well laid out with the bonus of a large upstairs bathroom & an enclosed front garden and it really is so quiet even though it is a terraced house we didn't hear anything from our neighbours in the 6 nights we were there. We will be back.

Cottage was in amazing location right on the dunes
This cottage was in amazing location right on the dunes. The front garden is enclosed and great for the dogs. It was an extremely peaceful location few minutes walk to local shop cafe and pub and fish and chips .
Few minutes walk to see the amazing beach with the seals and their pups a beautiful sight.
The cottage was cosy warm and well equipped.
The appliances were easy to use.
A great welcome pack for people and dogs who could stay free of charge. Dog blankets bowls etc
Improvements ,: The shower had quite a low water flow.
The kitchen equipment could do with upgrading the pans etc
Overall great value for money would stay again.

Great location for seal watching
We enjoyed our weekend stay but won't be returning to this cottage. My wife has accessibility issues and with very steep stairs and no downstairs loo, it became such an issue we left early. The furniture in the lounge is different to that shown online and quite uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped but we felt overall the place was quite basic and tired. A few capsules for the Tassimo coffee machine would have been welcome.

A short break away
The cottage is well equipped with a lovely basket of goodies for yourself and the dog .
Bed very comfy , pillows too.
The garden is gated which is handy for the dog , however the back isnt onto the dunes , there is also a step unsteady step up to the grass which could do with some tlc .
The pub is great , the fish and chip shop is only open Fri Sat sun which caught us out.
The corner shop has everything you would need .
The cottage could do with an airing as it smelt of wet dog when we arrived and this smell was impossible to get rid of .
Winterton is very sleepy and if you don’t crave peace and quiet it isn’t for you .
