The sea views from the cottage are stunning, and there's a beautiful garden, decking area, and direct access to the dunes below via private steps.

The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and is decorated with a nod to mid century style. At the back of the cottage the living area spans the width of the property, and the dining table in the bay window makes the most of those fabulous sea views. There's a comfortable sofa and chairs, wood burning stove and TV. Keen cooks will love the brand new kitchen at the front of the cottage with a double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There's also a conservatory on the side of the house.

In the main house there are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room, and the other has a standard double size bed. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. The one bedroom annexe is right next to the main house, and has a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, seating area and kitchenette. Patio doors offer breathtaking sea views.

Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Beach View. The majority of the garden is enclosed but there is a small area to the right of the decking which doesn't have any fencing. It's a 5-10 minute walk into Hemsby where there are shops, cafes and restaurants as well as amusements. Or if you fancy something quieter it's a 15-20 minute walk to Winterton-on-Sea.

Outside the decking area is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There's free wifi for guests, and as well as the woodburner Beach View has electric heating throughout. There is off road parking for two cars.
