Delightful cottage in central location for all major attractions, including Snowdonia, Conwy town, Chester and Caernarfon Castle.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Travel cot and highchair.. Garden with patio and garden furniture. 40-acre grounds (shared). Stabling for horses available on request (at cost). Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. This property has a natural water supply from a borehole, and there is an unfenced stream in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £50, for groups over 5 guests an additional £10 per person is payable.. Little Barn is a cosy cottage with spiral stairs leading to the lovely double bedroom. Enjoying a beautiful setting amidst 40 acres of farmland, these four delightful cottages provide a perfect location for a relaxing holiday or exploring the picturesque surrounding area. All the cottages have been skilfully converted from a range of traditional farm buildings to offer a high standard of accommodation, featuring their own cosy wood burner and comfortable furnishings. Colwyn Bay’s glorious sandy beaches lie just 7 miles away whilst Llandudno’s Victorian Pier, family attractions, cable cars to the Great Orme, dry ski slope and fine selection of shops are under 10 miles. Golf, great walking, riding, fishing and bird watching are all enjoyed locally and adventurous spirits will head to Betws-y-Coed where Snowdonia’s exciting array of outdoor pursuits, including climbing and a high ropes course, are all easily accessible – the nearby Swallow Falls are one of the most beautiful spots in Wales.
History enthusiasts will be drawn to Conwy town, a World Heritage Site encircled by medieval walls and home to Britain’s smallest house as well as a massive castle, whilst keen gardeners will be sure to visit spectacular Bodnant Garden (National Trust). The historic city of Chester, for superb shopping, a fascinating zoo, galleries, museums and horse racing, is a drive of about 40 minutes and magnificent Caernarfon Castle is also within easy reach as are the many delights of the Isle of Anglesey, including the wonderful Sea Zoo and puffin and seal watching cruises. A village shop and pub serving food are found in Betws-Yn-Rhos, 1 mile, and more extensive shopping is available in Colwyn Bay, 7 miles.
Little Barn can be booked together with Stable Barn (HW7591), Smith Barn (HW7592) and The Coach House (HW7593) to accommodate up to 18 guests.
