ARRASATE CENTER

Arrasate Center, is an exclusive brand new modern apartment. It's located in the city center at Arrasate Street, just 2 minutes walking from La Concha Beach in the most comercial area of the city with all kind of services. The San Martin Market is just 50 meters far.



The apartment has been entirely remodelled using first rate materials and furniture. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details and it is completely equipped. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator and the qualities of the material of the windows provide a quiet atmosphere.



There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower tubs. There is an open plan kitchen and it is equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware.

The main bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm and the other bedrooms have two 90 cm single beds each.



It is perfect for a family or two couples that are planning to spend their holiday in San Sebastian, in an accommodation in the city centre and right by La Concha Beach. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 50m away.

Great Apartment in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, their was a lot of space for 4 of us, and the location is extremely convenient. I appreciate that the host allowed us to check in after midnight as we were driving from Madrid.

Very easy check in which was all done remotely. Communication with the host was really good. I really enjoyed the location of the apartment. It was very close to La Concha Beach and the very atmospheric old town. The beds were very comfy. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment

Very nice apartment close to beach, shops and restaurants - a great base for our stay. The manager was also very helpful. There is some noise from the street, but not enough to cause a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was perfectly located. Only issues was very noisy at night as on corner of two streets. The noise added to the sense of being in Europe. Hosts were extremely available and attentive to any calls and check in very easy. Having two full bathrooms was terrific. good supply of dishes Only complaints were three: kitchen no adequately furnished dish towels, pad for drying dishes, cleaning utensils, pots and pans for cooking and no instructions for how to use stove or washer/dryer. Perhaps a bit pricey but worth the location for our needs this trip. Thank you.
