Great property, bright, modern and clean - would definitely visit again
Lovely large cottage, great location for the Three Peaks
We spent a great long weekend here, a three-generational family group with young children. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us, with plentiful bathrooms as well as lots of space. The views of Pen-y-ghent were unanticipated and breathtaking, and Horton is a lovely village with a nice play park and river. Lots of great places (Ribblehead, Malham, Settle) in very easy reach, and I ran around the Three Peaks course from the door which was a highlight. Would recommend, so clean and very tasteful. Well appointed and easy access whenever you arrive. Perfect.
Well placed and equipped accommodation in the west Dales
The property is very good, well equipped, very clean and roomy. The location worked well with an endless choice of walks and excellent view from front of house. The only problem was that the terraces are not labelled so we knocked on the wrong door because the given code did not work on the key safe, as it shouldn't have as it was the wrong house! Perhaps it would be helpful to point out that there are two terraces to future clients. Perhaps we had not read the instructions carefully enough.

Lovely warm cottage ideally situated for the three peaks.
Lovely warm cottage ideally situated for the three peaks. Comfy beds and fantastic showers. Log burner quite small we struggled to get logs to fit plus we couldn't get the oven hob to work some days. Two pubs within walking distance but the nearest shop we could find was 5 miles away.

This was an ideal location for our three peaks challenge.
This was an ideal location for our three peaks challenge. We loved the peace and quiet and great views. All the bedrooms were big and comfy and it was great to have so many bathrooms. Our only criticism was that the fridge was far too small for a group of 6. Perhaps an additional one could go in the boot room with the freezer? Otherwise we loved our stay and would recommend.

There were three in our group so we each had a bedroom and shower room which was great.
There were three in our group so we each had a bedroom and shower room which was great. Each room had a great view. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and in a convenient location for touring to Malham, Ingleborough etc. The station in Horton in Ribblesdale was a short walk away giving access to the Settle to Carlisle line and a break from driving. Two pubs in the village gave a choice for eating out within walking distance.

Everything excellent.
Everything excellent. Very comfortable.
Maybe we didn't do enough research but the heating system was hard to understand. It worked fine but seemed to have a mind of it's own as to when to work
