This stunning, open plan accommodation has been lovingly furnished using quality furnishings and is a haven to rest and relax. The impressive living area is a family room, with extensive windows and French doors leading to the decked and furnished patio, ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the sunshine and sea air.
Within the main living space, the cosy seating area provides large comfortable sofas and a 55” Smart TV, all surrounding a central fireplace, housing a contemporary wood burner. Adjacent to the French doors is the dining area, conveniently situated beside the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Stairs lead to a galleried landing with beautiful chandeliers overlooking the dining and living area. Completing the downstairs is a comfy double bedroom with easy access and a large adjacent cloakroom. Upstairs the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with Freeview TV. The large family bathroom has the benefit of a shower cubicle and separate bath.
Beadnell is a popular holiday destination and offers local facilities including a well-stocked village shop and family friendly pubs serving food. The wide expanse of golden sandy beach Beadnell Bay is within a gentle stroll from Dune View, perfect for enjoying a picnic in the summer months using the picnic bag, picnic blanket and deck chairs provided at the property. This is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, with sailing, sea kayaking, wind surfing and scuba diving all available. 2 miles up the coastline is the traditional fishing port of Seahouses where boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony, depart regularly from its harbour. Here there are charming tea rooms, quaint pubs and shops, as well as horse riding, fishing and golf on the links close by, with classic courses at Seahouses, Bamburgh, Goswick and Dunstanburgh. A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picturesque village of Bamburgh, which lies snuggled in the shadow of its majestic fortress and commands the power and presence of the seasoned television set it regularly becomes. Holy Island, the birthplace of Christianity and site of Lindisfarne Castle can be seen from the unspoilt golden sandy beach

Our second time staying at Dune View and it was still a very good experience. Property was very clean, tidy and well maintained and furnishings comfortable.Location wise it’s a very short walk to the beach and ideally situated to explore Beadnell and Seahouses.We would stay again.
