Book it!!
We are a family of 4 (girls aged 8 and 10) and this was brilliant! The cabin was full of everything you could possibly need and it was spotless! Plenty of walks straight from the door. Local pub great for a cold drink. Pitlochary is great for a mootch and has a huge co op. Would totally recommend Ben vrackie for a walk. About 6 miles, lots of steps up but the views are incredible! The hot tub was fabulous, a great way to chill out after days out. We met Polly and Richard who were both so lovely and popped over to check we were ok. We needed nothing from them as everything was already thought of for our stay. Would love to visit again!
We had a lovely stay, the garden is beautiful and full of wildlife, we even had a deer. Cabin was comfy and spacious and well maintained. Would definitely stay again

I don't know where to start! If you're even thinking about this place - just book it!! Put simply this is a dream property in a dream location surrounded by such amazing, so-close-you-could-reach-out-and-touch-it wildlife, in the midst of beautiful, peaceful and tranquil countryside.
Glen Hideaway itself has it all, from huge, gorgeous rooms to an amazing hot tub. Inside the property is everything you need for a great getaway. Every room is finished and completed to a high spec and the little touches around the place just added that extra level of quality and enjoyment to our holiday.
We love wildlife. Here we had a garden full of red squirrels every day (including the cheeky one that peers through the kitchen window), red deer every morning and evening to steal food out of the bird feeder, all the birds you could mention, toads, mountain hares, rabbits, voles, shrews and the far off hoot of owls. It was paradise.
We had loads planned for our holiday but found Glen Hideaway so utterly relaxing that, apart from a trip to Pitlochry and an excellent meal in Strathardle Inn (a mile walk away) one day, we stayed at home and enjoyed every second of everything about it. We've already booked again!
