Overall the property is great.

Overall the property is great. Very quiet countryside setting with absolutely stunning views. Surrounded by fields with walks to the town in about 35 mins downhill. Bit steep coming back but okay after initial climb. The property itself is getting to the point of needing an update in decor and facilities. The outside seating is really in need of replacement especially the reclining seats. No cushions that we found for the table and chairs outside. We had a lovely bedroom upstairs with fantastic views over the valley but the mattress is in need of replacement. Despite a few negatives for a large family it was great and I would recommend it for a quiet family walking holiday. We enjoyed the games room and hot tub but equipment in games room a bit tired but we still managed a good few games of snooker and an evening dip in the hot tub. I think it said on the spec there was a field to exercise the dogs but this had sheep in so we couldn’t risk letting them off lead outside of the immediate garden which was enclosed and kept our 2 Labradors happy running around. Thanks for the Welsh cakes which were lovely. To sum up fantastic views from a lovely property but in need of a few little replacement touches.
