We had a wonderful stay at Dale View Barn, Lynne our host made us all feel so welcome with a lovely welcome pack and treats for our dogs who settled in straight away, there was everything we needed to make us feel comfortable, the views across the fields from the lounge were amazing, we found some lovely nearby beaches and walks, we loved it so much we have booked to return in August, we would definitely recommend this beautiful place to stay for a quiet relaxing break, thank you Lynne for making us feel so welcome.

Lynne was an extremely welcoming and informative host.
Lynne was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Left us to it but was on the end of the phone if we needed anything and was only next door. The barn has all you could possibly need and drawers of stuff you may have forgotten!. Spacious and very clean. lovely welcome basket for us and treats for the two dogs. two folders, one for the humans and one for the dogs containing info on dog walks and places to visit. Lynne the owner even provided dog tags incase your dog runs off. Next to the barn was a huge field you can freely use at any time. Half an hour drive to Skegness and the coast . Amazing place for dog lovers with walks galore and dog friendly beaches ( not Skegness in season)not far away. Highly recommend...we will be back!! RAF base not far away so saw quite a few fighter jets flying over the fields. awesome sight!!

Absolutely lovely barn, so cozy on the cold nights, fully equipped for ourselves and SamðŸ¶.
Absolutely lovely barn, so cozy on the cold nights, fully equipped for ourselves and SamðŸ¶. We found everything to hand that was needed, beds very comfy.Welcome pack very much appreciated .The only downside for me was the secure area outside, I wasn’t relaxed that Sam couldn’t escape through the fence or over it , but that’s merely as he is a springer who loves to chase deer and pheasants, therefor I had to have him on a lead at all times outside.Would return and recommend
Dale view barn is a is a lovely place to stay, good location, very clean and tidy and hosts made us feel very welcome, we will definitely be booking up again.

We have just returned from Dale View and it was absolutely stunning.
We have just returned from Dale View and it was absolutely stunning. The views from each window are spectacular, especially the sunsets, Wow. Beautiful kitchen ,but would say that a fridge freezer would benefit those staying a week due to the remote location. We could have done with one !! Lynn the owner met us on arrival with lots of fuss given to the dogs. Fantastic place to stay with dogs with the outside fields to wander around and of course the Wolds are right on the doorstep. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Dale View Barn was wonderful.
Dale View Barn was wonderful. The most relaxing, well-equipped doggy friendly cottage we have ever stayed in.
The only downside was that we could only squeeze in a long weekend so we will be booking later on in the year for a week.
Fantastic scenery , walks, amenities and only 30 minutes from the sea. Idyllic.

Had yet another perfect stay at dale view barn, so peaceful, beautiful views over the fields lovely walks from the door. Stayed Monday to Friday and booked a full week there again on arriving back home. Lynne is smashing so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for her, the barn it’s self is spacious and well equipt, clean and comfortable. Lynne makes sure the dogs have a lovely stay as well as the owners, dog treats and toys, feeding and water bowls so less to have to take away with you. Bonnie and Clyde love it, plenty of dog friendly beaches, and lots of places near by to eat out, home from home but better views
