*** The ground floor apartment of a period building is ideal for hosting up to 3 people. Attention to detail and cleanliness. It consists of two levels: on the lower level there are a dining area equipped with an open kitchen, a living area with a single sofa bed and a toilet with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. The second level mezzanine in parquet has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The accommodation is also equipped with heating, A / C, WIFI, dishwasher, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels will be provided.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.
