Elegant and quiet apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Rome

This spacious and comfortable apartment of over 110 square meters is located on the fifth floor of a characteristic Roman building with elevator, in an elegant setting in the historic center and with an exceptional view of the main monuments of the "eternal city" known all over the world! It is located in an area well served by public transport (with the nearest metro station) and only 600 meters from the Colosseum: the symbol of the "Eternal City" a stone's throw away! The area is full of shops, typical Roman restaurants, supermarkets, green areas such as Colle Oppio and Villa Celimontana. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to the Colosseum, there are several archaeological and historical sites that make Rome famous all over the world: the Domus Aurea of ​​Emperor Nero, the Basilica of San Clemente, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Basilica of San Peter in bonds and the splendid Imperial Forums.
Our accommodation, very quiet, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has a large living room with sofa and relax corner, open kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms - two with double beds and the other with a bed single located on a practical mezzanine.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, bidet and hairdryer.
All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in details and makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming, you will feel just like you were at home!
The splendid kitchen, of absolute design, is perfectly equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or complete meals.
Our guests will also have air conditioning in several rooms, fan, free unlimited WiFi, TV and independent heating with heat pump.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more pleasant and organized. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-in must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. After 01.00, it is not possible to arrange check-in.
