RIALTO ROOFTOP TERRACE MINI LOFT

This little and cozy attic is located near Rialto bridge, really close to the major touristic sites of Venice on the top of a classic venetian building.



The apartment is little but welcoming, perfect for 4 people and composed by a kitchenette well furnished, a sofa bed, a bedroom with a french bed and another one with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV. The amazing thing of this location is the private terrace on the rooftop to sip a glass of wine admiring the wonderful view over Venice. 



All around you will find the most attractive sites of the city: Rialto San Giacomo church, Mocenigo Palace famous for being the museum of textiles and perfumes, Cà Pesaro Art Gallery, Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and Campo San Polo.



In 5 minutes by foot you arrive in San Mark Square and Palazzo Ducale and if you like to enjoy the aperitif tradition you can drink “spritz” in one of the bars in Campo Erbaria, behind Rialto bridge.



To reach the islands of Venice and other parts of the city you will find a lot of vaporetto stops (a public  boat transportation) along the Grand Canal.

Cozy with great location

The apartment is small but has everything you need. The roof terrace is a bit hard to access - but worth it. Lovely to sit and have a glass of wine or some coffee. Location is fantastic - close to everything but quiet with a neighborhood feel. Would recommend

Perfect location

In preparing to visit Venice, I read you should stay in Venice. We were a couple blocks from the Rialto bridge. There is a roof terrace that was amazing. Just up in the skyline, enjoying a drink and snack with my wife. The owner was very responsive and prepares you well for arriving at the location. The pictures he sends are a little outdated (one of the doors has changed). The number/link when we arrived didn't work which was the only serious problem we had. We arrived at 11:30pm. An intoxicated gentlemen decided to help us and rang several bells (we did not ask him to do this) and someone buzzed us in. That was very frustrating, but we made it into the building and the rest went perfectly.

Great location

Pros: This property was in the perfect spot - easy access from airport via water bus and stop right at the Rialto Bridge. (Note, be sure you can easily carry your bags while in Venice!) The apartment is very small and provides comfortable beds, table for planning, ac, and internet. We didnt spend much time there and that's all we needed. Close to orning coffee, shops, restaurants, sites, etc. We happily walked everywhere from this location. Cons: you need a phone and cell service to get in and out of apartment as the key to the outside door never worked (even local merchant couldn't get it to work). Know that apartment is on 5th floor. The little rooftop deck was nice, but no real view and furniture in photo not the same as what is there. Guests are required to take trash to nearby dock/barge at end of stay which could be an inconvenience for some. I would book this location again.

Wonderful roof top apartment

Clean and precious. Very small and close to everything! Be ready for stairs but it’s worth it for the rooftop terrace. Beds were comfortable. Would go again!
