Modern and cozy apartment, Mazzoni 10 is a delicious accommodation to spend your days in a quiet area of Venice, within few minutes from the train station.



It is located in stylish and renovated building with lift. The flat is elegant and large enough for 3 people and well divided between the dining room and the sleeping area: a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom. There is an innovative ventilation system with flooring panels, so it is well equipped in general: independent heating, hair dryer, sheets and towels, washing machine and WI-FI.



Canareggio offers multiple tourist attractions and the apartment is walking distance from different attractions and comfortable to get the public transportation around the city.

Strada Nova is a nice place to go shopping and have a drink in the multiple bars along the street.

Around the district you will find the gothic Palazzo Ca’ D’Oro and near Fondamenta Nove, the marvellous Gesuiti church; from here you can also take the vaporetto (a public boat transportation) to reach Murano island.



This Sestiere is full of restaurants, cafes and “cichetterie” where you can taste the typical venetian food, aperitif and enjoy the nightlife.

Ruhige und trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig neben dem Bahnhof gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Für die Erkundung der Stadt sehr zu empfehlen.
