Completely restored, Ca 'Marta 2 has a large double bedroom and a bedroom with a sofa bed, an elegant and bright living room with an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Wifi internet (free) and air conditioning in all rooms. Satellite TV with programs in various languages.
These 2 beautiful apartments are located in a quiet private courtyard 2 steps from Piazza San Marco and with a private entrance.
Completely restored, Ca 'Marta 1 has a large double bedroom and Ca' Marta 2, as well as an elegant double bedroom, also a bedroom with a sofa bed. Both boast an elegant and bright living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Smoking is prohibited. Final cleaning is not included and must be paid on arrival. The cost is € 50.00 (Ca 'Marta 1) and € 70.00 (Ca' Marta 2).

Fantastic location!!

This property was located 3 minutes from St. Mark’s square and we were easily able to navigate anywhere from the apartment. The water taxi and airport water taxi were only 5 minutes away! We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location and quiet

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Two fully updated bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom/shower. Very close to St Mark's Square and Doge Palace; and close to all the other wonderful sites that Venice has to offer. Highly recommend this rental!

Lovely Apartment in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. Great restaurants and shops in the immediate area and a short walk to all the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Great place and location. Very clean with plenty of space. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Although costly, we did use a private water taxi to make getting to the apartment with all our luggage easier (would recommend) which Tomasso and Annalisa organized for us. Higher recommend this place.

Perfect apartment in San Marco- you will not be disappointed!

This modern, very clean and well appointed apartment was perfect for our stay. Minutes away from San Marco Basilica, while being in small street (quiet and safe neighbourhood). No lift, needing to climb stairs to this second story apartment (not an issue for us but may be an issue for renters with reduced mobility). The apartment had everything to make us feel comfortable (soaps, shampoo, coffee, condiments, water and prosecco, maps, books amongst other things)- this was a nice touch and very appreciated. AC worked beautifully as did WiFi. Tommaso was very prompt in answering questions prior to arrival. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Staff courteous and professional. I recommend this property highly and would stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Apt, Lovely hosts

This apartment is very centrally located -- steps from San Marco Square. The apartment itself is very lovely and well appointed. The bathroom and kitchen/living room were especially nice. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated that the kitchen had a small but powerful gas range - made it easy to gather groceries at the famous fish market and cook them later on. The hosts were accommodating in terms of our check in and check out. Best of all the refrigerator came stocked with a variety of necessities when we arrived. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich TOLL !

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut zwischen Markusplatz und Rialtobrücke. In wenigen Minuten kann man beides zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Coop ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich nix - genügend Handtücher, Seife, Fön, Hausschuhe (!!), ein gefülter Kühlschrank, Getränke für den ersten Abend, ein Prosecco, sauberes Geschirr, Knabbereien für das Frühstück, 2 Fermseher, Klimaanlage, WLAN undundund. Alles da! Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der realen Wohnung. Und das beste: Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und nach einem langen Sightseeingtag freut man sich richtig darauf! Einziger klitzekleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen!!!

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. My husband and I and our 14 year old daughter rented the 2 bedroom for a long weekend. The location was perfect. The owner has done an amazing job with renovating and decorating. Lovely and comfortable. Everything also went well with the organization of the rental with Tommaso. Ginevra, who met us when we arrived and took us to the apartment from Rialto, was very charming and helpful. She has always lived in Venice and gave us some insider tips on restaurants and activities. The owner also provided some cold drinks, coffee and milk, making it extremely convenient. The wireless internet worked well. We can highly recommend this apartment and we definitely want to go back! Thank you!

Great apartment, great location

I stayed here with my husband and kids and we had a great stay. The location was fantastic. The little touches like snacks for kids and drinks and bottle of Prosecco were very welcome, especially when we first arrived. Tommaso provided great help in booking our taxi for early morning departure and came over to refund deposit the day before, nothing was a problem for him. He also provided help for anything we needed. I would greatly recommend this place for your visit to Venice.

Great apartment !!!

Stayed here with my wife and 2 children. Great location , very clean and comfortable. There was alittle mix up about our arrival time but got a hold of Tommasso and met him at the dock. He took us to the apartment which was a 5 minute walk.and showed us how everything worked. Explained water transportation and looked up timetables for us.He also gave us a few suggestions on where to go and eat .The apartment is very clean,comfy beds ,and great a/c. The owner gave us some wine ,cold drinks,and a few other staples for snacks. Had early check out which was not a problem. Very close to everything including dock to train station or airport. I would highly reccomended this apartment. Thanks Tomasso for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Excellent location

Been to Venice four times so this has been the best location I've stayed thats one reason, but the apartment had everything needed and beautiful inside the owner did a great job on it. What made it for us was Tommaso constant emails with us and making arrangement for our taxi from the airport and meeting us. And giving us a great overview of everything and made excellent. The owner really surprise us with few goodies in the kitchen that made the difference for us. We are staying there again for sure
