Rantakari Seaside Cottage in Kotka

Rantakari cottage is a cozy holiday home in Kotka, only about a 90 minutes drive from Helsinki. The cottage is designed for small families and for small peaceful meetings. it is equipped with all amenities and it is suitable for year-round holidays. Rantakari cottage is located next to our main building right by the sea and there are large terraces and a private swimming dock in front of the cottage.

The Rantakari cottage accommodates a total 7 people in one bedroom and on the spacious loft. The cottage has a cozy lounge area, which has about 3.2 meter wide sofa and a fireplace, a well equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a loft, a wood-heated sauna and a toilet. In front of the cottage there is a glass terrace with beautiful views to the sea. In front of the glazed terrace, there is a magnificent private terrace with direct access to the pier.

The loft is only accessible by a steep staircase, so the 5 beds located on the loft are not suitable for the disabled. All beds have duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels can be rented separately. Rantakari holiday home is best suited for 6-7 people, but on the loft there is a spare mattresses and, if necessary, the cabin can accommodate up to 8 people.

The Rantakari cottage has a well equipped kitchenette with good food making facilities and a set of dishes and cutlery for about 10 people. In the kitchenette there is a stove, a full-sized fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave and a dishwasher. Washing-up liquids are included in the rent. The glazed terrace has a dining table for 8 people.

The cottage cottage has a wood-heated sauna. The sauna is small and at one time the sauna can fit 3 people. The sauna has a wood-burning stove, a shower room and a toilet in the washroom. The cottage also has a separate toilet. Firewood on the storage wall.

Rantakari holiday home offers opportunities for boating and for fishing. Rowing boat is available at no additional charge. There is also a possibility to rent a motor boat.
