The apartment Doris with pool is situated in a small Istrian village Nova Vas, 7 km from the centre of Porec and 6 km from the beautiful beach Lanterna. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for family vacations and people that wish to escape city crowds and enjoy the untouched nature. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has got access to the balcony that has a beautiful view of the swimming pool (37 sqm) and the greenery of the garden that spreads over 4000 sqm. There are also deck chairs available, and a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the garden. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. A private parking spot is located inside the closed private yard. Spend you vacation in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere near the city of Poreč.

Fantastisch appartement/huis!

Dit is echt een geweldig appartement!! Het is precies zoals op de foto's. Het appartement is ruim, super schoon en echt alles is aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken, alle keukengerei, meer dan genoeg servies. Echt veel beter dan in de meeste andere huizen die we tot nu toe gehuurd hebben. De ligging is prachtig, de ruime tuin geeft echt veel privacy en rust. En het grote, schone zwembad was echt heerlijk. De omgeving is prachtig, slechts 10 minuten van Porec maar toch lekker rustig. Prettig is ook een prima supermarkt op loopafstand. We kunnen het appartement echt van harte aanbevelen. Lieve Doris, nogmaals bedankt voor alles!

Villa zum Träumen

Ein Objekt zum Erholen in ruhiger Lage,umgeben von einem großzügigen Garten mit alten Bäumen. Das Highlight ist der Pool,der das Meer fast vergessen lässt. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet,es fehlt an nichts. Die Besitzerin erscheint sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Unsere Erholung war perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Familie Staiger

Sehr idyllisch mit super Pool und sehr angenehmen Gastgebern

Eine tolle Wohnung mit tollem Pool in perfekter Lage. 10 min jeweils zum Strand oder die Stadt Porec. Fußläufig ist kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. 2 km weiter befindet such eine Grotte/Höhle. Der Besuch lohnt sich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das riesige Gartengrundstück ist super zum Fußball spielen, grillen oder einfach mal die Kinder toben lassen...und der Pool ist natürlich ein Traum... Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!
