Really charming French house with 4000 m2 of garden in the middle of the village, Dep. Deux-Sevres
Not far from Poitiers, at 750 km from the Dutch border, reachable within 8 hours by car, is our spacious, fully restored authentic French house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large garden with terraces, flower orders, fruit trees and a garden house, adjacent to the open nature (own land), located in the middle of the village. Located within walking distance of the 27-hole golf course, For golfers, cyclists, walkers and nature lovers a beautiful area. The 150 year old church is our neighbor, the castle our closest neighbor.

Why they chose this property
You easily fly from London to Poitiers within 40 minutes. From Poitiers you can rent a car and it is 30 minutes drive to our house, which stands in the middle of the little village, next to the castle, uposite the ancient church.
What makes this property unique
We have a wonderfull climate, the sunniest in the region, with 2250 hours of sun. The golfcourse is 3 minutes away from the house, where you can play with a ladies of mens group or individual. As a guest you have 20% discount on the greenfee and on 10% the restaurant.
