We booked this apartment because the advertisement explicitly stated "newly renovated appartment at Fontainebleau hotel." This was the main reason we booked, and the photos looked promising. However, we were extremely disappointed to find an apartment that was anything but "newly renovated." We encountered the following issues:General Disrepair: Cabinet doors were nearly falling off their hinges, and there were holes in several places in the walls.Noise Pollution: The air conditioning unit in the living room made a deafening noise. Furthermore, relaxing on the balcony was impossible due to a constant, loud noise coming from the pool machinery located directly below.Furniture & Balcony: The chair in the living room fell apart, and the table on the balcony collapsed immediately. Additionally, the paint on the balcony was peeling off entirely.Amenities: The kitchen was poorly equipped, with almost no cutlery or basic kitchenware available.Considering the substantial price we paid, we feel completely misled. I noticed that they have updated the advertisement text to "Sorrento" instead of "newly renovated," which suggests that we are not the only guests who have raised these concerns.It is worth noting that the Fontainebleau complex itself is beautiful and met all expectations; however, the state of the apartment was bad and not what we expected.

Regarding the building and surrounding environment, some factors such as mechanical equipment serving the resort facilities are outside of our direct control, though we understand that noise sensitivity can differ from guest to guest. We would also note that during your stay, several furnishings were damaged by you, for which we chose not to pursue any additional charges. Our priority was to resolve matters amicably and focus on providing a positive guest experience. We appreciate your comments about the Fontainebleau property itself and wish you all the best in your future travels.

we really enjoyed having 2 large room suite with full kitchen while vacationing with our baby.i usually book rooms on high floors but the view from the extra large 3rd floor balcony was incredible. we could see the ocean and pools and enjoyed the sunsets.

Beautiful views of the pool and ocean and unit is very spacious. The unit was rather dirty and the floor/rugs were not cleaned before we arrived. There are no lounge chairs on the patio which are shown in the listing. I sent a message and was told that it is indicated in the listing that there are no loungers (which I still don’t see). There is a washer/dryer combo, but the dryer part does NOT work.
