Very comfortably furnished holiday villa with private pool in a privileged location in Meloneras, a few steps from the promenade and the beautiful beach of Meloneras.
The upper floor offers 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing room and access to the balcony apart from another bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor is the living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and toilet.
The terrace has sun loungers, sun umbrella, dining room and outdoor shower and a magnificent private pool with jet and massage nozzles and electric heating. The heating of the swimming pool has an extra cost.
Pets on request (extra charge) 55.00 €/per stay
A mandatory daily fee is charged for final cleaning
Deposit of 300 €.
