It is a ground-floor apartment, air-conditioned, fresh and bright. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. Outside, a large covered veranda, furnished, invites you to spend a lot of time in contact with nature.
The villa of which it is part, is located in the countryside, but is only one km from the sea. It is in a quiet area, but not isolated. The look sweeps up to the sea and the landscape evokes feelings of peace and relaxation. It is also suitable for large groups who wish to spend their holidays together, respecting the privacy of each family.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und die Vermieter sehr nett. Auch wenn Kleinigkeiten in der Küche gefehlt haben (die vielleicht auch die meisten nicht brauchen wir z.B eine Käsereibe) war eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben auch direkt immer alles vorbeigebracht wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist super Videoüberwacht und gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher.

Un angolo di paradiso - Eccellente

La villa è un sogno. Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa Armonia e il nome non poteva essere più appropriato. Un'oasi di serenità a breve distanza dal centro della città, dalle spiagge e dai supermercati più grandi. La proprietà è fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno, lavanderia inclusa. A disposizione degli ospiti troverete persino stuoie e ombrelloni da spiaggia. La piscina è favolosa, a sfioro con una splendida vista sul mare, di sera diventa un angolo romanticissimo. L'acqua calda è disponibile ovunque (anche nelle docce esterne), c'è un'area barbecue ampia e ben attrezzata. Il giardino è molto curato ed è un piacere rinfrescarsi all'ombra della grande palma centrale. La casa è nuovissima e immacolata (raramente ho trovato abitazioni così pulite). La signora Carmela e il signor Domenico sono eccezionali. Sempre presenti in caso di necessità ma mai invadenti. È stato un piacere condividere gli spazi con loro e con i loro (educatissimi) nipotini in occasione di una festa di paese. Vale ogni centesimo speso. Consigliatissimo. The house is a fantasy. The Harmony house was where we stayed, and the name couldn't have been more appropriate. A complete haven of serenity within a short distance from the city's core, the beach, and the largest supermarket. The property is incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, from laundry to beach mats and umbrellas for visitors to use. The pool is amazing.

Trevligt och nytt boende

Trevligt boende i närheten av Donnalucata. Fina och nya lägenheter som var otroligt fräscha. Fin trädgård och pool där vi spenderade flera dagar. Vi var ett stort sällskap så vi hyrde alla fem lägenheter, perfekt för en semester där alla hade sina egna lägenheter för lite privatliv. Huset ligger ca 3 km promenad till en trevlig strand, vi promenerade och det var helt ok bara man kom av den stora vägen. Det är ca 2 km in till Dunnalucata, även dit promenerade vi. Ett mycket trevligt boende och vi skulle varmt rekommendera det om ni söker en lugn semester med sol och bad i fokus.
