The property features stunning views of Mont Saléve and Geneva City including the famous fountain. Ideally situated to explore Switzerland, France and Italy or relax at home on the large terrace.

A beautiful stone entrance gate leads up the driveway through manicured gardens and the greens to the villa. As soon as you step out of your car parked at the front of the home you feel the fresh air and expansive surrounds. On entering you will see open plan living areas with high ceilings, a large fully equipped kitchen, utility room and washroom. The dining table seats 8 and there is also a large outdoor setting on the terrace. Each room has built in heating for winter and shutters on the windows. The comfortable leather sofas are the perfect place to take in the view of Geneva. Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage. The close by towns of Gaillard, Annemasse and Etrembières are excellent for hypermarkets and services. Geneva for chocolate shops, fashion and watches.
