This rustic dating back to 1700 is immersed in the palm grove of Bordighera. From the terrace you can see the glimpse painted by Monet called "Valle del Sasso". The house is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs, the large and livable terrace and the garden with parking and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room with sofa bed, this room is particularly characteristic because it has exposed stone walls and a natural rock and brick vaults as they were built in the 1700s. The stairs have been restored but are the original ones, in ancient slate. On the first floor there is the first very spacious bedroom and a second room with a sofa bed, the latter divided by curtains to give privacy. The spacious bathroom and the entrance with the rear door complete this floor. The whole house has been recently restored and upgraded with wi-fi and new installations. The pool is above ground and measures 4x3 m.
