Great room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, Dining and living areas.

Family room provides the perfect setting to watch a movie or sporting event on a giant
60” 4K TV.

Easy access to lanai and pool deck from Family Room, Dining Room and Master bath. Lanai provides an outdoor "great room" with luxurious outdoor living space plus dining for 8 people.

Kids room has a huge bunk bed, large window seat, desk & stools ... plus kid-size chair/ottoman.

(**For safety when children are on the premises, a child-security fence will be installed around the pool.)

The beach is rarely crowded. Access is recommended at LOW TIDE when you can walk either north or south for miles.

If you feel like leaving Vero for a day, a trip to Disney World and the Magic Kingdom is less than two hours away and a great addition to your vacation itinerary.

We have been vacationing in Vero Beach for over 40 years. Escaping the Canadian winter with our three kids to visit this lovely coastal oasis was a perennial highlight. When the kids' grandparents sold their beachfront condo, we continued to holiday in Vero. Buying our own place in paradise just seemed inevitable. The family tradition continues now that our grown offspring and grandkids also vacation at our Vero Beach home.

Why they chose this property

For two years we rented a house across the street and loved its location and proximity to the beach. The area is quiet and tranquil. We love hanging out in our covered lanai where we can hear the ocean's surf. When our supplies get low or we feel like going to town, it is an easy drive to shops and attractions around Vero Beach.
