Casa Migegos is a charming cottage built of stone and wood, lovingly restored in one of the most sought after areas by rural tourists in the west coast of Cantabria (Northern Spain). Located in the village of La Revilla, in the heart of the Oyambre Natural Park, the cottage is a place where you can enjoy silence and unforgettable days while being a central location to experience the incredible rich history of the region.

La Revilla is situated at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level, on National Highway 634 at Mirador de la Pita. This location offers a stunning panoramic view of the Ria de San Vicente de la Barquera, with the Marisma de Rubin and the Picos de Europa in the background. Quaint nearby towns include San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas and Santillana del Mar.

A 5 minute walk from the cottage is an 18-hole golf course, Campo de Golf Santa Marina, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. San Vicente de la Barquera is 3 kms away - a lovely old town renowned for its tradition, history, white sand beaches and famous cuisine centered around the fishing port's daily seafood catch.

Sehr schöne Lage und gepflegter Garten. Wohnzimmer etwas klein und dunkel. Schlafzimmer sehr schön. Die Ausstattung insgesamt war in Ordnung, bis auf : Liegestühle wären prima gewesen und wir haben Holzbrett und Holzlöffel selbst angeschafft für die Küche. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt…

Ruhig und gemütlich

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es gibt 2 großzügige Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist ok, aber man sollte beachten, dass es kein W-LAN gibt. Der Aufenthalt im gepflegten, parkartigen und großen Garten war das Highlight. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig, das Dorf mit Taverne in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Strand kann in ein paar Minuten per Auto erreicht werden - oder in ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß.

Un lugar idílico

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. El lugar es perfecto, pegado a San Vicente de la barquera pero en plena naturaleza. El inmenso jardín es ideal para desconectar, relajarse o hacer una barbacoa. Nosotros fuimos con niños y fue perfecto para que jugasen. La casita es preciosa. Con unas habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas y además está muy limpia. Estuvimos muy cómodos. La dueña de la casa y las personas que nos recibieron muy amables. Un sitio muy recomendable.

Ländliche Unterkunft mit großem Garten

Einfache,ländliche Unterkunft abseits des Trubels von San Vicente de la Barquera, Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bis auf einen Toaster war alles Wesentliche vorhanden, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Etwas hellhörig, man kann die Gäste der anderen Ferienwohnung hören, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Im Garten ließ es sich wunderbar speisen. Für unsere Belange vollkommen ausreichend!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Idylle

Trotz des wechselhaften Wetters hatten wir sehr schöne Tage in dieser ruhigen Umgebung (die Nachbarferienwohnung war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht belegt). Den großen Garten haben wir genossen. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall, zwei wunderschöne Strände damit schnell zu erreichen, ebenso San Vicente de la Barquera mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars mit freiem WiFi.

Excelente alojamiento.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana cuatro amigos en la Casa Migegos II (la de cuatro personas), la casa está en un entorno que mas verde y tranquilo es muy difícil de encontrar. Limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario y en buenas condiciones, el trato de los propietarios (Antonio en concreto excelente), un sitio para relajarse y desconectar muy cerca de un gran campo de golf y de localidades como San Vicente de la Barquera y Comillas.

Alojamiento con encanto

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en casa Migegos. Cómo siempre, hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas y tranquilas. La casa es muy acogedora, el jardín fantastico y los duenos son encantadores y muy atentos. La zona tiene muchas cosas que visitar y disfrutar. Seguro que repetiremos.

LLevamos mas de 10 años pasando al menos tres semanas en Agosto en Casa Migegos I o II dependiendo de cuantos seamos, y estoy en total desacuerdo con la opinión de este señor. Jamas nos han puesto impedimento alguno para recibir visitas y/comer o cenar con amigos. Las dos viviendas, que están juntas, es cierto que tienen un problema de aislamiento acústico, pero con un poco de respeto por parte de los que ocupamos de ambas casas, no hay problema. Es la primera vez en 10 años que hemos tenido que avisar a los propietarios de los ruidos que hacían estos señores. Una niña pequeña chillando hasta mas de la 1 de la madrugada, volumen de conversaciones por la noche tan alto, que nos enterábamos de todo lo que hablaban. Cuando los dueños les dijeron, pasadas las 12 de la noche, que nos habíamos quejado y que por favor bajaran el volumen de la música (con amplificador), comenzaron a discutir a voces, pero solo se escuchaba a los inquilinos, en ningún momento dieron voces los propietarios y ademas duró cerca de una hora. Tampoco se marcharon al día siguiente como dicen, sino que los sufrimos al menos una noche mas. El trato de los propietarios siempre ha sido exquisito y el año próximo tenemos previsto volver, y esperemos coincidir con "vecinos" mas educados.

No encontrabamos el camino y tubimos que llamar a Lidya, con sus indicaciones llegamos enseguida y alli nos esperaba Begoña, todo fue estupendamente, el finde muy bien, la pena es que nos llovió y no pudimos disfrutar del jardin y la barbacoa, pero los alrededores merecen la pena.

Buenas. El puente del uno de mayo pude disfrutar de la casa con mi familia y la verdad es que la casa y el entorno precioso pero el trato y la la calefacción de pena.la propietaria vive en la casa de al lado y la verdad es q hizo buen tiempo pero no deja de estar la casa cerrada y por las noches refrescada pero bien y claro frio para q te pusieran la calefacción tenias q ir a pedírselo explícitamente si no nada y cuando se la pedías parecía q te perdonaba la vida gracias a ella tengo a mi mujer y hija de 4 años mala.bueno en fin lo q es la limpieza,entorno,descanso bien pero por favor negociar la calefacción o dejarlo para el verano.

Maison

Nous avons passé un très bonne semaine dans une très belle région. La maison est idéalement située entre San Vicente et Comillas, avec des plages magnifiques et des possibilités de visites aux alentours. Le séjour et le jardin sont très agréables mais l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste.
