About this property

Epotx-Etxea is a set of 3 completely independent houses, on a 8,000m2 garden.
Itxaso is located on the first floor of the main house, above where I live with my wife Maikar and my children Ander and Maria.
Itxaso has 85m2, has 2 double rooms, spacious, full bathroom, TV room, full kitchen, terrace with views that modestly apart are spectacular, the sea is seen, to the coast of France and the entire environment of Epotx-Etxea, vineyards, the entrance of the port of Getaria ....
As a novelty since last year sitting on the sofa in the living room you can see the sea and the garden through a window that looks more like a living picture ....

Vacaciones perfectas

Hemos estado alojados dos adultos y un niño de 9 años en el apartamento Mendi durante 9 días, y todo ha sido inmejorable y desde que volvimos no hacemos otra cosa que pensar en repetir. La limpieza del alojamiento perfecta, las vistas inmejorables (mejores incluso de lo que muestran las fotos), tanto el apartamento como las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas, camas y sofás confortables, buena dotación de menaje,... Pero desde luego lo mejor ha sido el trato de Andrés y de su familia: Txacolí fresquito en la nevera al llegar, los consejos sobre que ver en la zona y restaurantes, las charlas al atardecer,... En resumen hemos estado como en casa!!!! Desde luego que recomendaremos Epotx-Etxea!!!!!! Eskerrik asko!!!!!

Simplemente, espectacular!

No podía imaginarme un fin de semana mejor... Desde que conocí el Pais Vasco hace unos años, me enamoré de su tierra, su gente y su gastronomía y vuelvo siempre que puedo. La vivienda tiene todo lo que podía imaginar... muy bien cuidada, limpia, bien decorada... y el entorno? imagínate asomarte por la ventana y ver el mar y los colores de la montaña todo en uno. Te transmite una paz y una calma que te ayuda a desconectar totalmente. Y de Andrés solo podemos decir cosas buenas! desde el primer contacto se ha encargado de darnos todas las facilidades y de hacernos sentir como en nuestra casa. Sin lugar a dudas, recomendamos este alojamiento a todas las personas que estén dudando dónde ir y por supuesto que repetiremos este viaje y esta casa! Gracias por todo!

Mirando fecha para volver

Solamente tenemos palabras de agradecimiento para Andrés que es extraordinario , nos ha hecho sentirnos como en casa desde el primer momento, nuestro hijo no olvidará esos ratos por la noche en el jardín con Andrés enseñándole los pajaritos dormidos en los arboles. La casa un 10 en todos los sentidos, la ropa de cama y las toallas excelente, todo impecable, no le falta detalle cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar lo tiene.por no hablar de las vistas que son realmente espectaculares. Volveremos sin duda . Un abrazo para Andres y su familia. Olvido y Juan Pedro.

Simplemente excepcional

La casa es muy bonita y se encuentra en un entorno muy tranquilo con excelentes vistas al mar desde el balcón. El trato de Andrés es insuperable. Desde el primer momento te sientes cómo en casa. Resulta muy agradable charlar con él y te recomendará sitios chulos. Otro punto fuerte es la extraordinaria limpieza. Está todo absolutamente impoluto y, para los que valoramos éste punto, es realmente sobresaliente. Me atrevería a decir que jamás visité un alojamiento tan limpio y bien cuidado cómo éste. En definitiva, volveremos sin duda alguna y os recomiendo que no dejéis de visitarlo. Un saludo Andrés y gracias por ayudarnos a pasar unas excelentes vacaciones
