Relaxing holiday appartment

Lovely apartment with large bedrooms and good beds. A large covered terrace where you can sit outside and eat. Very friendly hosts. The house is located in quiet and rural surroundings.

The place is located in a very nice rural property, where you can enjoy nature, but not far from groceries and restaurants and a well located place to travel to the coast. The manager is very nice. The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed the evening and breakfast on the terrace.

Wonderful apartment . Beautiful setting, clean apartment , balcony is a great space to eat and sit . easy to get to San Sebastian by train . Only issue was finding the apartment , the map on the website and address do not go near the property . We called the owner who sent us the location and then it was easy to find

Online listing location is COMPLETELY WRONG! Owner knows this and has not remediated the situation. Map pin shows up as in town in Ursurbil. Property is actually several km out of town and shows up in Google Maps as "Casa Rural Ibarrola Txiki". Owner send us a direct WhatsApp inside 24hrs to arrival time, rather than any communications through booking systems. Didn’t see the message from an unknown sender (looked like spam) and spent 1.5hrs driving around in the dark trying to find the property. Not impressed.

Mooi appartement nabij San Sebastian.

Ruim en goed onderhouden appartement. Prachtig gelegen op een helling. Groot overdekt terras met mooi uitzicht. Tussentijds worden handdoeken en beddengoed vervangen. Enige minpuntjes zijn de gehorigheid en de snelweggeluiden op de achtergrond als je op het terras zit. Maar desondanks een echte aanrader.

Fantástica estancia

Muy buena localización. En coche en 15 minutos estás en la playa p en múltiples pueblecitos . Andando a Donostia en 20 minutos de paseo por el monte. La terraza del apartamento espectacular. Buenas camas y todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Hemos cogido el apartamento de 4 personas. Limpio y cuidado. La dueña amable y no nos puso problemas por llegar tarde. Situado en una ladera, muy tranquilo. Y a 10 minutos de San Sebastian. Lo recomendaríamos.

Buena casa y mejor trato

Estuvimos cuatro noches geniales en el caserío. La fachada es preciosa, así como el jardín que la circunda. Hay columpios y hasta una cama elástica para deleite de niños -y no tan niños-. Las vistas a la campiña y al pueblo son estupendas. La ubicación también es perfecta, porque está en un entorno rural muy tranquilo pero solo a 10 minutos de Donostia y a menos de media hora de atractivos turísticos como Zumaia, Zarautz, Pasaia, Hondarribia o País Vasco francés. Eso sí, el coche es imprescindible. El apartamento es pequeño, quizás demasiado, sobre todo el baño. Lo mejor del apartamento, su enorme terraza para esas cenas de verano. Bien equipado en general. Aunque tiene WIFI, la señal es tan mala que es como si no existiera. Ni falta que hace, en el fondo, porque a este paraíso se viene a desconectar, ¿no? Gracias a Maite y familia por su simpatía. Nunca olvidaremos el viaje ni tampoco a ese cariñoso perrito Rocky.
