Luxurious 2 Bedroom on the Gulf - Direct beach access - Incredible views!

Luxurious 2 bedroom gulf front condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach close to shopping and dining. This unique unit has been completely remodeled and redecorated from floor to ceiling. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. The unit has new furniture including an updated king mattress, and a sleeper sofa with an 8.5" pillow-top queen Cozy Mattress. The rest of the unit offers an electric fireplace, 3 flat screen TVs, and 3 DVD players. The bathrooms are done in cultured marble surrounds and offer granite counter tops. Enjoy comfortable beds and soft linens.

The living room and master bedroom have a gulf front balcony running in front of them for awesome views day and night. The balcony has a brand new dining table with 4 chairs & 2 zero gravity recliners for enjoying the sunrise & sunset. The unit is on the 9th floor.

Other amenities include a heated pool, a fitness room, and beautiful arbored beach access right in front! 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available for your use. Please bring your beach towels.

Seagrove Beach is right on the 18 mile bike path which leads into Seaside & Watercolor for shopping, dining, free concerts, coffee houses and cafes. You'll love the beach get-away !!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: A Building Improvement Project is in progress and a new lobby is being added. There is no construction within our condo.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Beach Access

We choose One Seagrove Place for its beautiful beach and convenient access. This unit comes with its own beach chairs which makes it easy to set up early before the rental places open. We found the space suited out needs and had no issues with the property. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms not large but adequate. Security is strict but that is a good thing. We will continue to rent from this property on future trips.

Snowbird wanna be

We snuck away for the month of January just to see what it might be like in the future. I wish it was a teeny bit warmer, but we avoided 3 snowfalls in our hometown, so we cannot complain. The property is sufficient to meet our needs and the homeowner is an excellent communicator.

Almost perfect!

There was a snafu for the beach chairs with one person trying to keep up with long lines...it took an hour on one day and 30 minutes on the next. This is not the fault of the property owner, but it was an easily avoided annoyance. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

We had a great week in 903 at One Seagrove Place. Loved the view off the balcony. Kitchen was very well supplied. Seemed to be freshly updated with dark rich colors and furniture. Only downsides, would be the tv in the common area and the sleeper sofa. Tv wasn’t really HD quality and unable to attach a Netflix Firestick. The sleeper sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, you can feel the bed frame through the cushions. But we didn’t let these negatives spoil our trip.

Property met our needs and beach was beautiful! I always expect cleanliness to be a 5 for the price and additional fees for cleaning! Shower curtain In Master bath needed to be replaced and was very unsanitary! Utility closet and top of refrigerator was covered in dust ! Fans needed dusting as well ! Picture of course always depicts larger units than reality but I will in the future look at square footage! Bathrooms and kitchen were super small for this size!

Worn out but great location

The unit is advertised for 6 guests but the sectional sleeper sofa is horrific to sit on and impossible to sleep on. The springs poke out and the mattress is paper thin. The owner must consider replacing it in order to advertise for 6. The unit was sort of surface clean, but the crumbs and crud flew out when we opened the sofa to make into a "bed". We only had 4 bath towels available for 6 people, thankfully we had a washer/dryer that worked in the unit. The small appliances are in need of replacement also. The coffee maker and the blender are barely operational. When the tub drain clogged in our first shower, the owner quickly responded with a maintenance guy to repair it. We appreciated that quick help. She was great to work with before and during the stay. Seagrove is a great place and 1 Seagrove place is a lovely building. 903 is an almost 4 star stay...

Wonderful condo!

No complaints at all! The condo was very clean and well decorated. The balcony was nice and large enough for four people. The sound of the waves was so relaxing from the balcony. Two very quick elevators for the large building made getting to the beach or to our car so fast and easy. The updated kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to several restaurants: Cafe 30A and the Perfect Pig were wonderful. We walked the two miles to Seaside via the beach one day for lunch and shopping. We loved walking a mile in the other direction to one of the dune lakes and watching how it changes daily. Guess what?! Uber is available now in the area and we used that many times while there. Cuvee 30a has a wonderful happy hour from 5-9 daily. Restaurant Paradis in Rosemary beach was wonderful. I also recommend Trebeache! The condo is in a perfect location to explore 30a on foot or by bike (we rented bikes). The owner had quick, perfect communication. I would recommend this place to friends and family and I would (and will!) rent this wonderful place again. Also, the building was very quiet even though the parking lot was 3/4 full. I rarely heard sounds other than the waves.

Not exactly fully renovated

When looking at this property online, it looked immaculate, but once we got there we quickly realized this wasn't the case. There were cracked tiles in the kitchen and the master bedroom. The shower curtains had mold and mildew on them at the bottom. The bed skirts were dirty as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. It wasn't near as bright inside or as big as the pictures make it look. The coffee pot was cracked and leaked (super unsafe). Overall, the condo was just ok and I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed plus more. The location was super close to shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from which all had phenomenal food. We loved coming to Seagrove for our annual girls trip and will definitely come back again!

Great View and Location But a Bit Small

We enjoyed the location and the view very much. The place was a bit small for four adults (my husband, myself, our grown boys) The bathrooms fit one person at a time. Kitchen is small as well. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our trip!

Great stay

The stay at 903 was great. Uma was very timely /responsive to messages. Aside from the weather being unpredictable the overall stay was good. The beds were very comfortable. One minor thing I would recommend is a nonstick skillet to cook eggs in. The pool was nice but was kind of a disappointment being tucked on the side of the building. It doesn’t get sun until late and was cold.
