Our stays was good only 1 thing the ac the next night was not working at all. But after the service we was back in business.

Thank you for the 4 star review. This group stayed for 3 nights, and the second night the house did get warm. The tech responded within 2 hours of us been notified by the guest, and we were able to res set a breaker from the previous nights storm and the system started to cool. Michelle

The house presented as depicted on the listing. It was well equipped with necessary supplies. The location was good for visiting the parks. The host promptly attended to our needs during the trip. Was a wonderful stay! House and amenities were fabulous! Was the first time renting a VRBO that we had to buy toilet paper as one roll per bathroom wasn’t enough for 5 days. Communication was good and community pool was wonderful!

The house was super clean and cozy, property is well maintained. The pool was an awesome amenity and the jacuzzi is a must after a long day at the parks. Quiet neighborhood, love that! Host was easy to connect and communicate with. Looking forward to booking again real soon.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The check in process was efficient - the host was very responsive. However the house was not quite as updated as the description would have you expect. Moreover, the house was not clean - the rug on the stairs, mopboards, couch pillows and throws soiled, washer dryer old/rusty on top just to name a few. I shared all our cleanliness concerns with the host and she said she will address with the cleaners. The houses are close and for two days the neighbors were doing a roofing project! For those with kids / grandkids, not having access to the waterpark on the Resort may be a big deal. It was for us! We knew beforehand, but really didn't pay it much mind. It was a big loss because we had to drive by it every day!

We appreciate all feed back. The couch pillows and throw have been addressed, as well as the other cleaning points for the cleaners. It was unfortunate that a roof was having work done in the area for this group, and can happen at any rental. There are 4 exits from the resort, so many options to not have to drive by the water park, if prefered. Many groups have Disney/park passes and don't have time for the water park, which has a daily $55 a day fee, for all days of a guests stay, weather they use it or not, so we don't offer the water park access, and don't need to charge that fee. I hope that is helpful - plus Margaritaville is close by if your group wishes to have a water park day.
