It is located just 3 km from the sea and the city center, in the quiet countryside of Puglia, surrounded by 5000 square meters of private land with all kinds of fruit trees, tall pines and palm trees, and a characteristic rock garden. Its location in the hills guarantees a perfect temperature in every season. It has an area of ​​150 square meters, and is equipped with a sea view pool 7x9 meters, deep from 1.30 meters to 3 meters, where the blue of the pool blends with the blue of the sea! Around the pool there is a relaxing stone paved solarium area with comfortable sun beds and furnishings. Complete the exteriors, a large barbecue area and playground. The property is completely fenced, has electronic gate, alarm system, parking area,external video surveillance that can be deactivated upon arrival at the request of customers. VillaLosino is divided on two floors, on each floor there is an apartment; ANYWAY THE VILLA IS RENTED TO ONLY ONE GROUP OF GUESTES, SO THERE ARE NO SHARED ZONES. On the ground floor there is a small apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette arranged for breakfast.
