Mäßig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in lärmiger Lage.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für vier Personen in Abadia Lariana (La Meridiana sul Lago CIR 097001-CNI-00013) gebucht. In der Beschreibung sah es ganz ok aus. Vor Ort stellte es sich aber anders dar: Zwei steile + schmale Treppen, um in das obere Zimmer zu kommen (wahrscheinlich Kinderzimmer: Bad entsprechend klein + ohne Mülleimer). Küchenausstattung: zusammengesammeltes Geschirr - Weihnachtsmarkttassen- geht gar nicht! Keine Kaffemaschine, wie in den Bildern zur Unterkunft avisiert. Mit vier Personen kann man am Abend nur auf den Stühlen um den Küchentisch sitzen. Von einem Wohnzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche kann also nicht die Rede sein. Die Terrasse mit Seeblick ist ein kleiner Austritt (ca. 1m2), auf dem höchstens zwei Personen sitzen können - ohne Licht. Der Garten ist eine schöne Rasenfläche, die man aber nicht betreten darf. Das Gartentor, das von innen mit einem Drücker zu öffnen sein soll, funktioniert nur nach vielen Versuchen. Fluchttür? na dann... Die verfügbaren Parkplätze sind öffentlich und vor allem am Wochenende ausgebucht. Das Schlimmste ist aber die Lage: das Haus liegt unmittelbar zwischen einer Tag + Nacht stark befahrenen Straße und einer Eisenbahnlinie. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir das Gefühl, auf der Autobahn übernachtet zu haben. Folglich konnten wir nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen und das bei über über 30C (unteres Schlafzimmer besser). Diese Wohnung mit solch blumiger Beschreibung anzubieten, ist schon frech.

Veel lawaai

Dit is geen huis maar een appartement .Heel veel klimmen om boven te geraken dus zeker niet aangeraden als je niet goed ter been bent. Ligt langs een heel drukke straat met veel lawaai achteraan het complex ook nog eens een spoorweg mer het nodige lawaai. Terras was 2 op 2meter dus net groot genoeg om er met 2 te zitten onmogelijk om op terras te eten. Keukenmateriaal was er maar niets te veel . Indien dit voor 4personen is zullen het zeker geen volwassenen mogen zijn. We hadden ook onze hond mee en die mocht de tuin niet gebruiken op het gelijkvloers ook voor ons was dit niet beschikbaar.Ook met kinderen is het heel beperkt. Voor het keistrand is het ongeveer een kwartier wandelen. Ook oppassen met alle stop contacten want die zijn op zijn Italiaans.Dus voorzie een koppel stekker van europees naar italiaans.
