If you want the perks of being in the center of it all, while enjoying the quiet neighborhood here ya go! Upstairs has two full sized beds with a full bath. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, full bath, kitchen and dining area. Additional room on main level can be used as office, reading room, kids play room - you pick how you'd like to use it. Sit outside on the traditional bungalow front porch or enjoy the private fenced backyard with pavers and outdoor comfortable seating while you BBQ. The house is fully furnished with including all linens and kitchen “equipment”. Occasionally I stay in this house to see if I'm missing anything, and encourage guests for their suggestions. Earlier in the summer a toaster oven was suggested - AWESOME and simple and it keeps the heat out of the house. I love this little gem and I would encourage you to contact me with any comments, questions or suggestions.

Please be a good neighbor and follow these guidelines.

1. 24-Hour Contact Information. If at any time you have concerns about your stay or in regards to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
2. General Respect for Neighbors. Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property.
3. Noise. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 10:00 p.m.
4. Maintenance of Property. Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable, and free of trash.
5. Garbage Disposal. Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Return trash and recycling containers to the designated location within 12 hours after pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and disposed of in the garbage.
6. Parking & Traffic Safety. Refer to the parking diagram posted in the unit and park on-site whenever possible. Do not park on lawns or park in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
7. Pets. Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking, and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Control aggressive pets, and be sure to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems.
8. Tenant/Guest Responsibility. Approved guests and visitors are expected to follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions which may include consequences for violating the Good Neighbor Guidelines.

Amazing location great outdoor space
We had a great time in Bend. The house was perfect! We could walk everywhere and great outdoor spaces in the front and backyard for our dog and for relaxing. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Great location with nice patio.
Nice clean pet friendly home. While we had her kennel with us, our dog Karen loved the big comfy dog bed provided while we were in the house. We enjoyed the side patio and front porch. the river and downtown and local restaurants are an easy walk.

Great home, better location!
The home was exactly what we needed staying in Bend for the week with our dog. The home was inviting and nice to stay at. We walked or rode bikes often to Drake Park, or nearby eateries and breweries. In the evening the porch was perfect for having a brew as well. If you’re over 6’ tall prepare to duck from time to time going through doorways though or staying upstairs.

I looked for the perfect place for over a year and finally found a house that I LOVE!
