Upgraded Mt.Bachelor Village Loft Condo + includes IKON pass holder offer

Located in Ski Three complex near the pool, this loft unit features a 1st floor master bedroom & adjoining full bath (*renovated/winter '24) The 2nd floor-loft area includes a full size bed & day bed w/twin trundle also with full bath. Including a new La-z-boy sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 6 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

Interior includes granite counters, hickory hardwood floors, slate tile & comfortable furnishing throughout. An updated Kitchen provides new range oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher plus oversized gas grill on the private balcony covering most any cooking needs.

In addition on the back deck an installed sunpak natural gas heater provides radiant warmth overhead.
Inside, remote controlled gas-fireplace & a/c unit monitor living room temps, with a second a/c unit covering the loft upstairs. A stack washer/dryer in the hallway simplifies laundry.

Cleaning expenses are limted to $100 surcharge and provided by in-house staff. Due to housekeepings requirements 2-nights is minimum booking.
* IKON pass holder offer is one complimentary night added to any booking of at least 3 nights.

Entertainment options include 60"4k Tv, cable & wifi in-house thru TDS, blue-ray player, Sonos streaming-music, PlayStation 4 + Netflix.

Mount Bachelor Resort amenities included (pool, 2 hot tubs, river trail access)

Mt. Bachelor Village provides a very convenient location for us and our latest accommodations were very nice. The owner was very accommodating, and the host was very helpful and very prompt!! Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Fantastic Location

We loved staying here. The community is perfect - great space, access to a walking trail along the river, a pool and hot tubs, and close proximity to town. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Bend!

cozy ski getaway

We had a great time at this condo! our group of 4 (2 couples) had plenty of room and really enjoyed this cute and charming condo/neighborhood. It was super close to the downtown area and the ski mtn. Everything we needed was stocked in the condo even pool towels. The beds/bedding and comforters were super cozy and the gas fireplace was really great. A nice surprise were the games and movies.

The space was great and easy to get it Bachelor. A couple of things: The cleanliness of the kitchen and the small appliances in it could be better A few items that the kitchen was lacking: Oven mitts Extra dish towels More spoons (only three) Outside of that, the place was great!

The condo was everything we could have expected - it was ready for us as promised, easy to find & access with the detailed check-in instructions we were sent. The condo itself was very comfortable and very clean - my wife especially appreciated this! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils & condiments so we didn't need to go out for food. (Tho we still enjoyed the very good Bend restaurants!) I appreciated the 10-visit pass included for the Juniper Swim & Fitness Center - their lap pool ranks as one of the top pools I've swam in.

Just Right!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Bend for a 5 day vacation to combine outdoor adventure and relaxation. The condo was wonderful. Everything was just as advertised and the condo featured wonderful extras, like a Forest Service pass and ample AC. The deck was private and the condo was very clean. I have a lot of allergy problems and had no issues at all. The condo is centrally located. We enjoyed short drives to parks and walking to town. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to returning.

This condo was great except that it was not very clean. It had everything needed just could have been cleaned better. Cobwebs in the corner of the windows have been there for probably a year....crumbs stuck to the remote....Had to make the contact to get code to get into the condo. We will definitely stay again...just will know what to expect ….

Perfect Bend Condo!

We had a great stay in Bend for the Eclipse weekend. This sweet little condo is so well stocked with everything you could need. The owner has thought of everything! Great walking and biking trails on the Dechutes right there, and we hiked to the Old Mill District and biked to downtown on great trails all the way. The beds were comfy, nice feather pillows and comforters, with a private loft/bedroom upstairs where the kids could hang out. The kitchen is really well stocked with anything you could need. We cooked breakfasts and dinners here and the grill on the deck was great! The chilled glasses in the Freezer were a nice touch. The outdoor pool/hot tub, just a minute's walk away, was a great feature for an end of the day swim/soak. Parking is easy. Nice selection of movies on DVD or choose Netflix... plus a whole library of books to peruse. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and Sparrow bakery (the best - Ocean Rolls!) is just 2 miles away. Management was immediately accessible and helpful. We would definitely choose this place again in winter for skiing Mt Bachelor and it is perfect for an anytime Bend getaway as well. Just book it! The owner obviously put a lot of thought into making his guests comfortable and we certainly were!

Nice having a deck, but it was dirty and dusty. We ended up sweeping it before use. The condo was rather tight (space-wise) for four adults. The TV with a DVD player was a plus. We cooked in both nights, but found the knives rather dull for cutting and chopping vegetables. The location was great. I would stay here again, but with just my husband and I.

Location and charm

Clean, quiet and convenient for a quick trip for our daughter’s graduation. Smaller than it appears on line. 6 people sleeping here would be tight, but the condo was well stocked and in a great location for proximity to the school.We were unable to locate fly fishing gear and bicycles which are advertised as being available, so check with owner in advance. We really wanted to ride to grad. The owner is very responsive. No problems there.Washer and dryer are not in a cabinet and are very loud so don’t do laundry while you are in the unit.I would book this unit again!

I'm a Ohio native, moved to central Oregon in 2012 for the recreation & mountain town lifestyle. While traveling with work, keeping tabs here along with our local team and being able to share this area offering so much really can feel difficult to refer to as work at times.

Why they chose this property

The Central location to most activities in Bend. Short walk down to River trail, Old mill district. Despite the conveniences, the grounds are also private, wooded and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Old growth ponderosa pines tower around the 2nd floor balcony deck. Within the desirable Century westside neighborhood, however set off Cascades Hwy the mountain is less than 15 minutes away.
