Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Alles andere müsste mal in Schuss gebracht werden.

Wechselbad der Gefühle

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Zwischendurch wurde das Appartment immer wieder gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. In der Buchungsbeschreibung sollte jedoch betont werden, dass dort kein Zugriff auf das WLAN der Hotelanlage möglich ist, da es sich um ein Privatappartement handelt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist leider stark verbesserungswürdig. Es gab keinen Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme. Es wurden z. B. keine Informationen zum Check-In gegeben. Nach Ankunft auf dem Flughafen mussten wir auf eigene Kosten per Handy versuchen, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufzunehmen. Nach etlichen Gesprächen (auf Englisch) wurden wir dann nach über einr Stunde abgehlolt und zur Agentur gefahren. Dort wurde uns lediglich ein Schlüssel zur Wohnung übergeben. Ein weiterer Schlüssel wurde uns versprochen, jedoch nicht zugestellt. Urlaubern ohne Auslandsefahrung, sehr guten Englischkenntnissen oder Handy wäre die Urlaubsstimmung schon am ersten Tag vergangen.

This stay makes us happy

We had an excellent stay in this appartement. Well localised, healthy and clean.. the nice swimming pool ( event the water was cold) and seaview . It's quite area and colorfull, you feel to be in a special area as the island is desert! :-) Close from the shops and restaurant, nightlife! The caboverdians are very friendly people also! Enjoy! thanks
