the apartment is located on the second floor in a building with lift the apartment is brand new and recently refurbished and finely furnished. living room with double sofa bed open kitchen and tv the kitchen is fully equipped hob fridge kettle oven pots and you will find all you need for prepare an excellent breakfast in the living room you will also find books for board games and games for the little ones as well as a soft corner with bowls for your furry friends bedroom with air conditioning ensuite bathroom with shower and all services we also offer foam bath and anything else to relax double bed and TV the French window leads to a delightful balcony equipped with tables if you want to enjoy a breakfast or a dinner at sunset the second bedroom has two single beds, TV, air conditioning and bathroom with shower, toilet and shower gel and body creams to pamper the door of the room from on the b nicely furnished alcove with tables on the balcony you will find a washing machine and a small closet equipped with everything that can be used very close to 200 meters from the polar star station where there are surface metro connections every 10 \ 15 minutes towards Rome center and for the airport of fiumicino at 15 minutes to a single subway stop on the surface there are the excavations of ostia antica at 10 km the water park of zoomarine beautiful for the fun of adults and children continuing on the coastal road the outlet village of castel romano at 200 meters you will find the sea with the beautiful belsito establishment that has excellent conventions with the structure but also free beaches equipped with everything not far away the castel forest fusano protected green area where you can walk by bicycle, have a picnic, jog or simply relax in this unique place are including weekly supply of bed linen and towels

Bodde 12 dagar i denna fina lägenhet i Ostia. Ren, modern och välutrustad lägenhet. Skön säng och toppenbra badrum. Nära tågstation Stella Polare, 35 minuters resa in till Rom. Nära havet och nära supermarket.

6 Sterne fürs Quartier: Alles in Schuss, top sauber, alles vorhanden, äußerst netter Kontakt und Empfang. Ideale Basis für stressfreie Romtrips: Wenige Minuten zur S-Bahn Richtung Rom, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Und Sundowner am Il Corvone...

Wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen!
Katia und Paolo sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Ich habe schon an vielen Orten in Europa eine Zeit lang gelebt. Nirgends kam ich mir dabei so zuhause vor wie bei den Beiden. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen und anliegen schnell und zuverlässig zur Stelle. Die Wohnung ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und lässt für einen Alltag nichts missen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man ist gleich am Strand und hat auch eine Bahnstation in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in Laufreichweite. In der Umgebung der Wohnung findet man zudem mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei diesen fabelhaften Gastgebern wohnen wollen und kann eine ganz klare Empfehlung aussprechen.
