Barbara and Giuseppe will give you a warm welcome in a beautiful apartment of about 60 square meters recently renovated. Located in a beautiful residential area in the center of Ostia about 600 meters from the sea, surrounded by all the conveniences and shops. The apartment has an independent entrance and a precious private parking space, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one large double with TV and one always with a double or twin bed. Kitchen and living room with sofa bed and TV. Large bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine. Outside patio of 18 square meters, equipped with table and chairs and curtains to cover for more privacy. Characteristic of the apartment is its beautiful private garden of 60 square meters, well cared for and reserved, including parking space. We accept small and well behaved animals! In the evening you can enjoy the peace of your garden or immerse yourself in the nightlife of Ostia with its beautiful seaside bars. A few minutes by car or just 2 metro stops you can visit the magnificent ruins of ancient Ostia. About 20 minutes from the apartment you can visit Castel Romano Outlet or spend a day in the Zoomarine's water theme park. To welcome you, at your arrival, you will enjoy a nice welcome gift.
Available Wifi 3g mobile modem router. NO FIBER. The cost of final cleaning will be added to the cost of the apartment based on the duration and number of people. Rates may be discounted in relation to duration.

Perfect Place for a combination of Rome with Beach tour

Great hosts who are really caring for their guests and not only offering a standard service. The location is perfect for half-day Rome + half-day Beach program. Appartement is well equiped, really clean and modern. It offers a calm and cool place even in the hottest summer period. Next Time we come to Rome we will come back!

Amazing place

This amazing place is 10min walk from the train station. We found it very clean , spacious , quiet location . The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 days stay ( 2 adults and 3 kids). Well equipped kitchen , bathroom with the wash machine and the terrace was a bonus . Supermarket and the bakery is 2min walk , seaside with the amazing sunset about 8min walk, lots of nice restaurants nearby . Barbara and her husband were very helpful in every way. Spoke very good English too . Highly recommend this place !! Would definitely stay here again .

Just what we wanted!

The property was exactly as advertised...clean, well equipped and just right for our needs. A few minutes from the train to central Rome and ostia Antica and even closer to the bus. Our Hostess Barbara was exceptional in all respects, friendly cooperative and responsive to our every need, including particularly the welcome airport transfers via her husband Giuseppe. The area is typical apartment living suburban Rome. Friendly and safe and with several supermarkets, corner stores and restaurants close by. Hot fresh panini from the next-door bakery with our morning coffee each morning was a particular pleasure. No hesitation to recommend to anyone wishing to be near both Ostia Antica and Roma Centro and close to the airport.

Perfect place to stay at when visiting Rome

Our stay at Barbara's place was perfect. Rom can be easily reached by train from the appartment. The apartment has two nice bedrooms that sleep four,an additional person gets to sleep on the sleeps off in the combined livingroom- kitchen. There is an abundance of shops right next to the appartment: bakery, supermarket next door/across the street and a market wirh fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese just a few blocks away. Barbara herself is a very welcoming host. She explained to us everything about how to get/to from Rom and the neighborhood and gave us recommendations for restaurants. She could be reached easily and answered very quickly. I warmly recommend her place.

Just perfect

The apartment of Barbara is the perfect vacation property if you wish to spend your vacation in Rome. The apartment is in Ostia and thus very close to the sea, yet you have very good public transportation connections. The train from Ostia to Rome city center leaves every 15 minutes and it takes about 30 minutes to get into the city. This makes the property a perfect decision if you dont wish to spend your vacation in the hot city, but still close enough to the center to have all touristic areas within easy access. The apartment is in a perfect condition, looks actually even better than on the pictures. We enjoyed the small garden and the terrace as well. There are various shops and restaurants in close proximity of the apartment. Barbara and Giovanni were really great hosts, they greeted us like friends, listened to our needs and they even provided us with a complimentary breakfast on the first day. So all in all this was a perfect vacation rental and I would not hesitate to book the apartment once again. Thank you dear Barbara and Giovanni.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, dennoch kann man ruhig schlafen. Einen schönen kleinen Innenhof mit Terrasse hat man für sich allein. Supermarkt und Metro in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Ferien in Ostia und haben es genossen die italienische Lebensart mit zu erleben! Sehr schön ist auch der Strand mit der Promenade oder das Einkaufen auf dem Markt. Alles 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen! Nicht zu Vergessen, Rom ist in 30 Minuten mit der Bahn zu erreichen!

Die Anzeige hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Alles war super sauber, Matratzen perfekt und die Gastgeberin war super hilfreich und gab Tipps und Hilfestellungen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! The ad didn't promise too much. Everything was super clean, mattresses perfect and Barbara was super helpful and gave tips and assistance. Liebe Barbara, vielen Dank nochmals für den traumhaften Urlaub. Ich kann diese FeWo jedem empfehlen, der das Nicht-Touristische Italien kennenlernen will. Nur wenige Hotels (verglichen mit Adria) am Strand, dafür sehr gute Restaurants, schöner Strand mit dunklem, teils schwarzem Sand. Zugverbindung nach Rom ca. 30 Minuten und sehr günstig (pro Erw. 1,50 EUR, Kinder gratis). Alles sehr Kinderlieb, die Italiener alle dort sehr hilfsbereit, jedoch kaum jemand der Deutsch spricht, eher Englisch oder teilweise Russisch (vor allem in Restaurants). Wir waren Ende Juli / Anfang August für eine Woche dort und hatten fast durchgehend konstant 32 Grad C. Die Wohnung selber liegt nördlich ausgerichtet, weshalb auch nur in der Früh etwas Sonne auf die Terrasse fiel, den Rest des Tages war es schön schattig. Was auch toll war, vor Ort waren 2 grosse Ventilatoren vorhanden, welche man beliebig aufstellen konnte. Trotz Hitze war es in der Wohnung sehr angenehm und nicht heiss. Der innenliegende Parkplatz hat für unseren Passat Variant gerade noch so gelangt. Auch sind die Gastgeber sehr tierfreundlich. Wir haben einen kleinen Hund der mit viel Liebe und Lächeln empfangen wurde. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass er frei laufen konnte. Von uns hat diese Ferienwohnung 5 Sterne verdient. Meraviglioso appartamento nel centro di Ostia

L'appartamento è altamente raccomandato. È ben attrezzato e gode di un'ottima posizione (vicino ai negozi, al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria per i viaggi a Roma). Il parcheggio è più grande del previsto. Siamo stati in grado di parcheggiare lì con il nostro grande Ford Galaxy. Questo è un grande vantaggio perché non c'è quasi nessun parcheggio gratuito. Barbara e suo marito sono molto disponibili e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per il soggiorno (ad esempio per una spiaggia molto bella nella zona circostante). Inoltre, erano anche molto amichevoli, dopo che nostro figlio si era dimenticato quando aveva lasciato il suo cellulare nell'appartamento. Barbara ha fatto un grande sforzo e si è assicurata che il telefono ci fosse stato inoltrato via UPS. Grazie ancora per questo. Ci piacerebbe trascorrere un'altra vacanza in questo appartamento. Fantastisch!!

Mitten im Trubel von Ostia di Lido bietet die wundervoll gestaltete Wohnung eine Ruheoase. Sie ist super ausgestattet und Barbara und ihr Ehemann haben uns in allen Fragen und bei Problemen sehr geholfen. Am Abend haben wir die kleine Terasse im Grünen zum Essen, Spielen mit unserer Enkeltochter und für ein Gläschen Rotwein genutzt . Besonders toll ist der eigene Parkplatz an der Wohnung, da es ansonsten kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.. Einkaufen kann man gleich an der Ecke und mit dem Zug ist Rom in 30 min erreichbar. Fazit:: Vielen lieben Dank an Barbara und ihren Ehemann und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
