Location location metro good

Very clean had all the comfort you needed, and it was very helpful. The metro was five minute, walk away and easy and necessary to navigate.

Great apartment in Rome

The apartment is very conveniently situated on the metro line A, just a few stops from the Vatican. Spacious, clean and the terrace offers a bonus outdoor area to enjoy. Our host Anna was always very helpful. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Rome

We Just loved Annas place!! Quiet neighbourhood with access to grocery store and places to eat. The Location was extremely convenient to hop on the metro and go to the city centre. It was only a 5- 7 walk from our place to the Metro station!! The apartment was very roomy and beds were very comfortable!! Anna was very easy to contact and very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Nice accommodation for visiting Rom

It's a big accommodation where you have much space. There is a beautiful terrace with many plants. You have everything you need. To get to the busstation and the underground you only have to walk a few minutes. Anna is a very kind, helpful and obliging host!

Clean spacious place, attentive and responsive host, great location

Wonderful base for exploring Rome--not in the historical center but with a subway stop about 500 meters away great for exploring the city. We were there for a month--4 adults--and had plenty of space. Spacious apartment, clean and neat, good kitchen and a quiet neighbourhood it is just the right kind of place for exploring all that Rome has to offer. With a clothes washer and drying rack available a very comfortable base for a longer stay.The host Anna was attentive and responsive to any and all concerns and was available virtually anytime needed. Although the wifi was temporarily an issue the host made quick and efficient arrangements to rectify the situation. One thing to note the shower is very compact. Neighbourhood is non touristy- grocery, bakeries, cafes, banks and stores all within walking distance. Vatican area is just 4 stops or so down the subway line so getting around was no problem. For those who are true walkers--getting to the Vatican area on foot is also an option--about 50 minutes walking. One tip for longer stays invest in a monthly transit pass, it is well worth the cost.

Anna was very accommodating with a very late check in due to an airline delay and she allowed us extra time checking out so we could see the Pope before flying home. The beds were comfy, the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Very tiny shower but it works. Finding outlets/plug sockets was a challenge because it is an older house. Very hot when we were in Rome, but couldn’t leave the windows open during the day because of the mosquitos. They were bad! Bug spray is recommended for this time of year for sure! Lots of bites. Very close to metro, grocery store, fabulous bakery and amazing ice cream place across from metro. Quiet area in the evenings. We loved Rome! Thank you!

Bonito sitio y bien ubicado para una estancia en Roma

Hemos estado una semana en Roma en este apartamento y muy bien. Está ubicado a 5 minutos del metro que conecta todo Roma, desde el coliseo, termini, la fontana...El apartamento es amplio y dispone de una terraza cubierta donde poder comer. Las habitaciones y sala son grandes y el baño completo con bañera (no de hidromasaje).La dueña nos recibió muy atentamente y nos ayudó a ubicarnos en roma, indicando donde estaba el super (10 min andando), el metro, algún pequeño restaurante de la zona... También hay una farmacia a 5 minutos andando.Se puede llegar en el metro y tren desde Fiumicino o en taxi por 50 euros como hicimos nosotros.La zona es muy tranquila, lejos del ruido y gente que habitualmente anda por el centro de Roma.Recomendable! Gracias Anna por todo

Over all a wondeful stay. Anna was an amazing host. The bus and subway was just a short walk away. Grocery store too. Everything you need to cook with was there. Local people were very nice and helpful, dont let the looks of the area worry you. As for the clean status of the unit I personally give it a 8.5/10. I am a clean freak so for me spider webs in the corners, dust on photos frames are a big notice for me. However the over all of the home was clean. The bedsheet were extremely clean including the bed themself. The shower is small however for me beimf 5'4 was not bad but my 6'2 husband had fun durn shower time lol. For the pice of this place and the locations I say worth the booking. We were able to hop on the subway and get to all our sites in max 40min! This was amazing! Place over all is like the photos on the ad.

Not right in the city but everything accessible!

Loved the apartment space! We stayed for almost a month. We had enough room and needed to be able to work. Never had issues with WiFi. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooked quite often. Walking distance to grocery, cappuccino and fresh bread daily. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Space was very clean. We loved the patio space and would sit and have a glass of Prosecco. Shower space is a little small which is not normally an issue. My husband is just 6.4 and so was tight. But he would definitely say was not a deterrent. Anna was a great host and didn’t bother us but would answer questions if we had any.

Authentisches wohnen

Mitten drin. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße Es ist alles gut mit den öffentlichen ( U-Bahn und Bus) zu erreichen. Leider ist das Inventar schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Rom ist eine aufregende und schöne Metropole.

Goog stay, but location is not centric

The location was clean, we were allowed to parking and the host was quite ready to answer and quite receptive, but there was a problem: hot water was not available because there was a problem with the heater. The location is far away from the downtown and no hot tube available!

Un bon séjour à Rome

Anna est une hôte accueillante et répond rapidement aux messages. Son logement est un peu éloigné du centre de la ville mais très accessible en transport en commun. Pour le tarif, c'est un logement raisonnable.
