Maison Lumiere, Design Apartment 5 min from Tiburtina
Casa Lumiere is perfect for 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is located on the seventh floor with elevator, 5 minutes from the Tiburtina train station and Metro.
The space is comfortable and bright, and is developed around a large living room with sofa bed, WIFI, smart TV, dining table for 6 people and kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances such as microwave oven, induction hobs, electric oven, kettle and NESPRESSO type coffee machine.
There are two bedrooms, colorful, bright and spacious, with double beds. The apartment is completed by a bathroom complete with all the sanitary fixtures, and a comfortable balcony with sink, washing machine and clothes horse!
We use sanitized and sanitized sheets and towels with antibacterial products.
Out of respect for our planet we have adopted soap and shower dispensers with quality natural products and to minimize waste we use refillable powder detergents for greater attention to the environment.

A great location and lovely place
This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it.

This was a great accommodation. It was more affordable than staying in the city center, but very accessible with public transportation. We ate nearby at Pork and Roll (which was delicious!! I enjoyed their salad and focaccia), and we saw many locals passing by including families with babies. It felt safe and less touristy in this area. Also my daughter said ciao to every passerby and received many smiles and greetings. Great neighborhood! Great property! The host was very responsive and the accommodation met all our needs.
