With three stories, this home offers a reverse floor plan with most of the bedrooms on the first floor and the main living space on the second floor.

Right inside, guests will find an open kitchen, dining, and living room perfect for gathering the family together. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful slate countertops. The third floor hosts a third Primary bedroom complete with a private bathroom walk-in closet and an additional loft area with 3 twin beds for sleeping.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
