Holiday home in the 1st row and with a fantastic view of the sea at Gniben. The house has a good kitchen-dining room with a small alcove and two good bedrooms. There is a utility room and a bathroom with shower. On the covered terrace you can grill and enjoy the view, and in the large garden many good games can be played. There is a trampoline on the plot (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
