About this property

Villa Marie Anne Set in peaceful mountains, with great views all around.

Set in peaceful mountains, with great views all around, is this lovely villa.
This villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 being an en-suite. Originally 3 bedrooms, but using the smallest room as a dining room. I have an extendable bed in the largest bedroom if extra guests need to book. Situated on a LARGE plot of land, therefore has its own 8m x 4 mtr pool and plenty of secure parking for the villa's guests only. The villa is rented out solely for each guest at a time and there is NO SHARED booking.
This property is perfect for a "get away". There are plenty of routes for walking, cycling etc, depending on your own fitness level, or just "lazy days" around the pool! This villa is "like home from home" , with all the amenities you need,ie cooker, washer, fridge freezer, microwave, dolcho gusto coffee maker, toaster and all cutlery and utensils and more. There is internet also and the tv has a firestick. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and much more to complete your stay, and hope you are comfortable and content! Thanks

Lovely Villa, beautifully presented, Amazing views, had everything we wanted and more!!! Host is a really lovely lady and extremely helpful we had a fantastic time. John the pool guy also extremely, helpful with lots of local knowledge as he lives nearby and Ginney to didn't hesitate to help show us way to town lovely team! we stayed 16 days and wish we had booked longer!! can honestly highly recommend staying here, we wouldn't hesitate to go back again !!

No contento, , el paisaje es magnifico pero las avispas no te dejan contemplarlo

j'aimerais rajouter mon vécu dans la villa, précision:le nombre maximale de personne est 4 et pas 6, nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants et c'était pas idéale, les lits ne sont pas confortable, les ustensiles de cuisines sont très minimes, j'ai du acheter des ustensiles, même une poêle pour cuire un œuf, il n'y a pas d'eau tiède, ni froide, l'eau est toute la journée chaude voir même brûlante, nous sommes 2 à s'être fait piquer par des guêpes, les guêpes ne vous laisse même pas prendre un café dans la terrasse, il y a meme des rats !!! Et le pire et honteux à la fin de votre voyage on reçoit des frais de dommages pour des parasols que vous vous êtes pas servis, un grand montant pour un vieux, comme tout le reste. Le vent fort n'est pas prit en considération !

Demasiadas avispas y actitud final miserable

La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos. Con un amplio espacio y una piscina de buen tamaño. La atención en todo momento durante la estancia ha sido buena. La actitud final todo lo contrario. Pero desde que llegamos la piscina estaba llena de avispas, al igual que toda la zona exterior. Intentaron solucionarlo mandando a un amigo suyo (muy amable , que estuvo 2 veces intentando quitarlas) con un botes de spray para eliminarlas. Pero a pesar de conseguir reducir el número, eso era incontrolable,había varios avisperos en plantas, vallas y paredes. Pero sobre todo entre las tejas estaba plagado. Así que nos hemos pasado parte del día con el spray ( gastamos más de 5 botes pagados de nuestro bolsillo) y el matamoscas en la mano cazandolas a golpes una a una, y bañandonos así en continua vigilancia para evitar picaduras. Solo nos han picado dos: una a mi hija y otra a mi. Pero lo peor ha sido que sorprendentemente a nuestra partida, nos piden responsabilidad por daños causados en una sombrilla. Yo solicite alguna sombrilla porque la zona exterior tiene carencia de sombras. Me dijeron que había una y yo solicite otra y me lo concediron. La casa está en zona elevada y a algunas horas corre el viento por allí. En cuanto abri la sombrilla grande y corrió un poco de viento un tornillo salto de la misma. Hice un apaño para que se sujetará y a los pocos minutos la tuve que cerrar porque se la llevaba el viento. La sombrilla era muy alta y el pie de apoyo pequeño, algo poco adecuado para las condiciones de alli y la otra aún más pequeña pero de similares características. Apenas las he podido usar en 10 días y me dicen que me van a hacer cargo por daños en la propiedad. Vergonzoso!!! Una pena tener que acabar así nuestras vacaciones.

Perfecto para desconectar

Un sitio precioso, una casa con una decoración actual, y con todos los servicios necesarios. Nos costó un poco llegar, se agradecería un pantallazo de Maps, pero Marie Annie fue un amor y nos vino a buscar. Muy atenta y amable. La casa está muy cerca de un pueblo con todos los servicios.

Mientras escribo la valoración, aún estamos aquí. Recomiendo el lugar, todo limpio, sin sorpresas desagradables, dispone de un gran terreno que rodea la casa y la piscina es un disfrute para chicos y mayores. Su dueña es un encanto y está pendiente en todo momento. Muchas gracias.

Una villa preciosa

Buscábamos pasar unos días tranquilos con nuestro perro y aquí lo hemos conseguido, la casa por dentro mejor no puede estar,la piscina muy limpia y con unas vistas a la montaña muy relajantes y preciosas,es exactamente lo que buscábamos,tranquilidad e intimidad, Débora fue muy atenta de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto sin duda repetiremos
