About this property

Exclusive and Idyllic privately owned village situated within 7 acres of land

Manermaire is an 18th century village with a prominent Manor house set in the middle of beautiful Brittany countryside.

A true slice of French charm set within its own estate approximately 7 acres of grass and woodland.

The property is situated at the end of a long track and is hidden from view until the final approach announces your arrival to this very secluded secret village.

The Manor house is spacious and comfortable with sitting room to the left featuring log burner, English TV and DVD player with selection of DVD’s to the right you will find a large kitchen dining area with stunning French dining table which comfortably seats 12 people. The fully fitted kitchen houses a range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a CD player for your enjoyment. Patio doors lead to a terraced alfresco dining area. Also situated on the ground floor is a conveniently placed cloakroom.

The first floor has a family room with king size bed and bunk beds, the second bedroom has a king size bed and day bed also on this floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, double sinks and toilet.

The second floor has yet another large bedroom with two double beds, a second large bedroom with a double bed and day bed, a shower room with sink and toilet also services this floor.

Outside to the rear of the building finds a large decked area leading to a patio with Hot Tub and outdoor speakers There is a games room with table tennis table, dart board and various outdoor games such as badminton, boules and basketball.

Outside to the front of the building is a secluded patio with pergola, table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.

Manermaire is a great place for undisturbed peace and relaxation where you can have the unique experience of holidaying somewhere completely private uninterrupted by neighbours.

There are some great places to explore that are within easy reach, the local village Ploerdut is within 5 mins and has 2 bars a pizza restaurant, pharmacy and bakery/ local store. The nearest town is Guememe sur Scorff is 10 minutes where you will find an eclectic mix of bars, banks, brocante and boulangerie there is also a large Intermarche supermarket. Our nearest coastline is a 40 minute drive.
