Casa Rossa is a private villa with pool in Le Marche located in the hill setting of San Costanzo at few km to the Adriatic Coast. The property is surrounded by a wide garden with panoramic view over Le Marche countryside. It is ideal for a refreshing holiday, in addition the proximity to the sea allows to experience the nightlife of the seaside resorts rich in events, restaurants and shops. At the guests’disposal a panoramic pool and a gazebo perfect to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there’s a wide living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there’re two apartments both composed of a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with two single beds.

- Extra cleaning when pets are present to pay on spot: € 80 per pet/week;
- Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house if due;
- Heating: measured on consumption;
- Baby cot to pay on spot: € 60 per week;
- Extra cleaning during the stay: € 15 per hour, 3 hours minimum;
- Extra change of bedlinen and towels during the stay: € 10 per person;
- Groups of young age are allowed upon request
